介绍了国内外学者对公司社会责任的定义并进行了简单的评价和分析。介绍和分析了美国和德国公司社会责任的法律实践机制。分析了我国现行的公司社会责任法律实践机制,认为我国的公司社会责任法律实践机制,既要包括政府的外部法律控制,也要从完善公司内部治理机构入手,借鉴外国的有益经验,形成一套促进我国公司积极履行社会责任的法律实践机制。

On Legal Mechanism of Corporation Social Responsibility

This article describes the definition of the corporation social responsibility worked out by the domestic and foreign scholars and makes a simple evaluation and analysis,introduces and analyses the law practisce in the US and German.After that we focuse on the law system of the corporation social responsibility in our country,coming to a conclusion that we need both external legal control and in-company governance to form the legal mechanism.
