| 摘 要： | 严格的管理是城市地下水资源得以合理开发与利用的根本保证。凿井管理是城市水资源管理部门的一项繁琐而复杂的日常工作，如何提高其工作效率，具有十分重要的意义。文中将专家系统技术应用于凿井管理过程，提出了切实可行的知识获取方法，构建了凿井管理的知识库，建立了城市凿井管理专家系统（UWES）。系统符合实际凿井管理工作的程序，具有界面友好、操作方便的特点，提高了城市凿井管理工作的智能化、科学化决策的能力和自动化水平。

| Abstract: | Strict management can assure fundamentally urban groundwater resources to be exploitated and used in reason.Well driving management is a fussy and complicated routine in department of urban water resources management.So how to improve work efficiency has a very important significance.In this paper,the authors have applied expert system technology in well driving management,suggested a feasible method of knowledge acquisition and built knowledge bases about well driving,then established an expert system of urban well management(UWES).UWES has friendly interfaces,which is easy to operate and fits the management process of well driving.Therefore it improves greatly the ability of intelligentization and scientific decision and also the automatization degree. |
