| 摘 要： | 5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(BrdU)掺入DNA后,可用荧光染料或被荧光染料标记的抗BrdU单克隆抗体进行定量和定性测定。抗BrdU单克隆抗体的应用为细胞动力学、肿瘤学和遗传学上区别DNA合成细胞,测定DNA合成速度、顺序和部位提供了一个快速、敏感和精确的方法。

| Abstract: | Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU): when incorpoated into DNA, can be detected qualitatively and quantitatively with fluorescent dyes in its polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies. The use of the monoclonal antibodies (McAb)to BrdU especially provides a quick, sensitive and accurate resut to distinguish S-phase cells and detect the rates, sites and orders of DNA synthesis in cell kinetics, oncotogy and genetics. |
