| 摘 要： | 通过对大庆油田电信资源地理信息系统(GIS)的需求分析(包括系统图形数据需求、属性数据需求、统计数据需求和基础应用需求)，提出大庆油田电信资源GIS开发方案的设计原则，并对大庆油田电信资源GIS的数据组织的特点和实现方法、系统的基本结构、系统配置、运行环境、系统功能进行描述。
