摘    要:在城市建设中,地质条件直接控制土地开发难易程度、工程成本大小及城市建设的安全.以大冶湖生态新区(核心区)为例,在层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)确定权重后运用激励型变权,应用三套理论上适合研究区的评价方法:W值法、加权综合指数法和模糊评价法,在满足地质安全性的基础上,对研究区地质环境质量(二级)进行评价.通过对三种评价结果对比、分析、野外验证后,选取最能真实反映研究区现状的方案,应用于建设用地优化利用(三级)评价.结果表明:研究区符合普通民用及以上建设标准用地面积为16.2 km2,占全区总面积的73%;从工程建设角度上讲,区内土地能满足规划需求.

Abstract:Geological conditions directly control the degree of difficulty of land development, the size of project cost and the safety of urban construction in urban construction. Taking Daye ecological new districtas as an example, based on the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight after using the motivational variable.Three geological theory were applied evaluation the study area on the basis of ensuring geological security (W value method, the weighted composite index method and fuzzy evaluation method).Through the comparison with three kinds of evaluation results and field validation selecting to the best methodology was applied to the optimization evaluation of construction land in the study area. The results show that standarding of ordinary civil construction is 16.2km2, accounting for 73%. From the perspective of engineering construction, the study area can meet the planning requirements.
