| 摘 要： | 以带羧基、甲基的苯甲醛以及N,N-二乙基间氨基苯酚为原料,合成了罗丹明荧光染料,经酸催化缩合得到目标产物.该法避免了常规合成方法中5-位和6-位异构体混合物的产生,减少了繁琐的分离纯化工序,获得了单一的产物,从而降低了制备成本.光谱性能测试的结果表明,通过该方法合成出的化合物,其摩尔消光系数在不同溶剂中保持稳定,使化合物对溶剂环境的依赖性大大降低,这是由于该方法合成的罗丹明染料无异构体生成,因此没有醌式和内脂式的互变.

| Abstract: | Rhodamine derivatives were synthesized with benzaldehyde instead of acidanhydride as raw materials.The normal rhodamine dyes were synthesized by 3-diethylaminophenol and isobenzofuran-1,3-dione,but this synthesis process was burdensome and the process of separation and purification was difficult.The product of the novel synthesis method was sole,avoiding the production of 5 and 6 isomer mixture in the normal synthesis process of rhodamine dyes so that the burdensome processes of separation and purification ... |
