摘    要:根据汽车专业人才培养的特点,针对国家对国际化人才培养的目标要求,提出了全新的"层次递进式"国际化人才培养模式。在生源和师资建设的保障下,"国际化基础层"→"国际化提高层"→"国际化创新层",三个层次逐层递进,无缝连接,协调作用,激发了学生的学习兴趣和求知欲望,充分调动了学生的学习主动性和积极性,培养了国际化意识,提高了国际化思维,增强了国际化能力。经教学实践检验,该模式实施效果明显。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of talents training for automotive specialty, propose a new "progressive type" international talent training mode corresponding to the requirements of the country. Based on the construction of student sources and teacher abilities, three layers, such as "international basic layer" --~ "international improving layer" ~ "international innovative layer", progress layer by layer, connect seamlessly, and affect consistently. The result is that the studying interests for students are excited, their enthusiasm is aroused, which makes directly the international sense promo- ted, international through cultivated, and international ability enhanced for the students. The teaching result shows that the reform is effective.
