食品添加剂中咸味风味剂行业知识产权状况研究

摘    要:以涵盖面广、技术创新性及先进性强的欧洲专利网、美国专利网和中国专利网为资源,选择食品添加剂中咸味风味剂行业为研究对象,特别是选择在此行业中名列前茅的国内企业为载体,全面调研其知识产权状况,并与国外同类主流企业的知识产权情况进行比较,分析其发展历史、现状及未来趋势,找出优势和差距,为我国企业选择特色及方向、促进国内食品咸味风味剂行业的发展提供重要参考和指导作用.

Abstract:Sourced from wide and innovative patent of EPO,USPTO and ISPO,selected food salty flavor industry,especially the famous companies in China,we investigated the intellectual property rights situation of the companies and compared them with the famous foreign ones,then analyzed the history,present status and tendency,found out the advantage and distance,finally put forward our suggestions to help the advanced companies to choose the direction and characteristics and to accelerate the industry development.
