| 摘 要： | 文中讨论了基于UDP协议的语音传输系统的设计及实现。比较详细的阐述了语音信息的录制和播放、发送接收、压缩和解压缩以及语音传输过程的缓冲机制。由于采用了压缩技术，减小了语音信息对网络带宽的要求，故较好的实现了语音信息实时录制、传输和播放。

| Abstract: | The design and implement of a voice transmission system based on UDP protocol were discussed in this paper.Some problems and schemes of sound data were also explained here about REC and playing back, transmission and reception, compression and decompression,and buffer method.Because of the adoption implement of the compression technology, the system achieved the REC, transmission and playing back of sound data in real time way. |
