摘    要:根据具有巡航控制功能的电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)系统的特点,提出了节气门位置控制内环采用仿人智能模糊控制,车速控制外环采用常规模糊控制的双闭环自动巡航智能控制系统.给出了控制系统结构和控制器的设计方法以及实车试验测试结果.试验测试结果表明,双闭环自动巡航智能控制系统,在自动巡航控制过程中,不仅消除了游车现象,而且节气门控制响应快、无抖动现象,系统操作方便、运行可靠,且控制器的设计具有不需要对象精确的数学模型、实现比较简单、鲁棒性强等优点,具有一定的应用价值.

Abstract:A dual closed-loop automatic cruise control system is proposed according to the properties of the AMT system with cruise control function inside, which is developod by the authors. The human simulated intelligent fuzzy control is applied to the inner loop of throttle position control while the conventional fuzzy control is applied to the outer loop of vehicle speed control. The scheme of the whole control system and the design process of the controller are presented. The experimental results show that with the proposed dual closed-loop control system, the unstable phenomena of engine speed can be eliminated and the throttle control responses fast without buffeting. Moreover, the system has the advantages of easy manipulation and reliable operation. The controller has the advantages of free of accurate mathematical model and easy to carry out and high robust and so on.
