烟叶叶柄分离加工对叶片结构的影响

摘    要:烟叶叶柄分离复烤加工是提升成品片烟品质的重要技术与手段。通过与整叶加工对比,研究和探讨叶柄分离复烤对叶片结构的影响。结果表明,叶柄分离加工复烤对叶片结构的影响,一是在大中片率基本保持一致的情况下,降低了大片率,提高了中片率,从感官上看叶片更加均匀;二是提高了烟梗的长梗率的比例。实践应用表明,烟叶叶柄分离复烤加工能够提升烟叶品质,提高打叶复烤生产线的效率。

Abstract:The petiole separation is an important technical to improve the quality of tobacco sheet in threshing and redrying line. This paper studied and explored the influence of petiole separation on leaf structure. The ex periments showed that the influence included two points. Firstly, petiole separation increased the rate of large chip, making the leaves more uniform in view senses. Secondly, petiole separation improved the rate of hing stemmed. The practical application showed that petiole separation processing can improve the quality of tobacco and improved the efficiency of threshing and redrying line.
