| 摘 要： | 商务合同英语作为一门专用英语，有其独特的语言特征。在翻译商务合同时，除把握源语、目的语语言的词汇和句法特征外。还应把握商务合同语言的特殊性及其基本翻译准则，注重这种文体独特的词汇和句法特征。避免解释歧义和产生纠纷，保障各类商务合同顺利有效地执行。

| Abstract: | Business Contract English,as an ESP, has its distinctive linguistic features. During the process of translation, we should know clearly the lexical and syntactic features of source language and target language, in addition, we should not only conform to the particular linguistic nature and fundamental translation principles of Business Contract but also pay attention to its distinctive lexical and syntactic features in order to avoid definition ambiguities and conflicts, thus to guarantee the smooth cariying out of various business contracts. |
