浅谈节能建筑的全寿命周期成本

阐述了节能建筑带来的长远经济效益,通过实例,运用全寿命周期理论分析计算节能建筑的造价,对节能与非节能住宅进行了对比,提出了采用全寿命周期资金成本的方法将工程的建安造价与能源使用维护造价合二为一来考核工程的总造价的设想。

Talking about the Life Cycle Cost(LCC)of Energy Conservation Building(ECB)

This paper expounds the long-term economic benefit brought about by ECB,and thought actual cases,analyzes and calculates the construction cost of ECB with the theory of LCC,compares ECB and non-ECB,and puts forward an assumption of combining the construction installation cost and the energy use Maintenance cost as one to check the total construction cost by using LCC capital cost.
