| 摘 要： | 我国收入分配制度的变迁导致我国收入分配差距的扩大，对高等教育机会不均等形成挑战，高等教育机会不均等进一步导致居民之间就业起点、就业岗位、就业待遇等成功机会的不均等。从而使收入差距进一步扩大。因此，解决收入差距问题的出发点应重点放在创造条件，促进居民高等教育机会均等化。

| Abstract: | The changing of the allot system in our country's income causes large disparity in the income allot in our country,challenging to a contest to the unequal disparity opportunities in colleges and universities,which in turn lead to the unequal chances of success opportunities in education in colleges and universities among the starting point of employment,the posts of employment,and the treatment of the employment. Therefore,the spring broad of soloing the income disparity should be emphasized on creating conditions,promoting the opportunities of the citizens' equalization of education in colleges and universities. |
