摘    要:用电化学方法制备了Pt Ru催化剂,并对甲醇电氧化的催化效果进行了电化学测试;着重利用现场红外透射光谱方法研究了甲醇在Pt Ru电极上的电催化氧化过程以及催化剂中Ru组分的含量对甲醇电氧化的影响.发现当w(Ru)=13%时未测到有害中间产物CO,但w(Ru)=9%时则出现线性吸附CO的红外吸收峰,从而影响其催化活性.进一步认识了Pt Ru催化剂对甲醇电氧化的催化机理.

Abstract:Pt-Ru catalyst was prepared by electrochemical codeposition method. The catalytic performance on the anodic oxidation of methanol in acid aqueous solution was studied using potential step and voltammetry methods.In situ transmission difference FTIR spectroscopy method was introduced to study the oxidation process and detect the oxidation intermediates and products. It was found that the content of Ru in Pt-Ru catalyst influences the oxidation process of methanol obviously. When the content of Ru is 13%, no CO IR peak can be detected, but two CO linear absorption peaks were measured in the case using the catalyst containing 9% Ru. The mechanism of methanol oxidation is discussed.
