| Abstract: | This paper reviews the mechanism?condition and regioselectivity?stereoselectivity of the reactions which synthesize the glycoside of 2-amino-2-deoxy sugar and introduce the recent progress. It includes Koenigs-Knorr reactions, oxazoline method, phthalimido glycosylation method and glycosylation reactions using 2-azido-2-deoxy sugar donors etc.It also comes to the deprotection condition of these methods. |
