制度化的“刚性管理”模式曾在学校管理中起了重要作用,但在新课程实施过程中,日益显出其忽视人文关怀的弊端和制约性。学校要树立“以人为本”的理念,淡化唯科学化管理,通过激励、强化人文因素,实施柔性管理、权变管理策略,达到“无为而治无不治”的境界,促进教师专业发展和学校可持续发展,增强学校管理的竞争力和活力。
