摘    要:制度化的“刚性管理”模式曾在学校管理中起了重要作用,但在新课程实施过程中,日益显出其忽视人文关怀的弊端和制约性。学校要树立“以人为本”的理念,淡化唯科学化管理,通过激励、强化人文因素,实施柔性管理、权变管理策略,达到“无为而治无不治”的境界,促进教师专业发展和学校可持续发展,增强学校管理的竞争力和活力。

Abstract:The systematized "rigid management" pattern played an important role in the school management,but in the implementation course of new curriculum,its defects of neglect of care for people and restraints become increasingly apparent.Schools should set up the 'people-first" concept,play down the scientific management,encourage and strengthen humane factors,implement flexible management strategy,promote the specialized development of teachers and the sustainable development of the schools and reinforce the competitive ability and vigor of the school management so as to realize the realm of "governance without doing".
