| 摘 要： | 公民社会这个概念是由"civilsociety"翻译而来的,它的起源可以追溯到古希腊的亚里士多德时期,最初表示"城邦"的含义。随着社会的发展,公民社会的理论日益成熟与完善。目前在世界范围内,公民社会本身所体现的以人为本、保障公民权利的思想已经成为现代公民社会的主旨和内涵。公民社会作为一个时代产物和意识形态有自己的不同于其他意识形态的特点,这是民主政治进步的表现。

| Abstract: | The concept of civil society dates back to the time of Aristotle in ancient Greece, meaning "city state". As the society develops, the civil society theories are becoming increasingly mature and perfect. Around the world, the theories of "people-first" and "civil rights" existing in civil society have become the essence and connotation of modern civil society. Civil society with distinctive features represents the progress of democracy. |
