| 摘 要： | 高水平运动队在高校体育发展中的作用是不可替代的，它体现在引领校园文化、影响高校体育课程改革等方向。我们有必要对高校高水平运动队和校园体育文化之间的关系加以重新审视。其目的是为了更好的为教学服务，提高教学质量，建立校园特色文化，推动学校体育的发展以及储备竞技体育人才，发展高校的社会效益。
