耐温抗盐交联聚合物影响因素研究

摘    要:研究了聚合物相对分子质量和水解度、聚合物浓度、交联剂浓度、油田污水中一价、二价阳离子浓度、pH值、剪切程度及温度等因素对交联聚合物体系的影响 .实验发现敏感性影响因素是聚合物、交联剂浓度、二价阳离子浓度和温度 .通过添加稳定剂EOC 1可以降低二价阳离子对体系的不良影响 .

Abstract:The factors affected on the cross linked polymers used for oil displacement and profile control were studied in this paper, including the relative molecular weight and the degree of hydrolization of polymers, the concentration of polymers and cross linking agents, the concentration of the one valence cations and the divalent cations in oilfield contaminated water, the pH, shear degree, temperature and ect. It was found that the sensitive effective factors were the concentration of polymers, cross linking agents and divalent cations and the temperature. It was proved that the adverse effects on the cross linked polymers of divalent cations can be reduced by adding the stabilizing agent EOC 1 to them.
