摘    要:以价格低廉的麦芽酚为原料,经甲基化,胺化,氯化,氧化和甲氧基化等制得了2-氯甲基-3,4-二甲氧基吡啶盐酸盐,总收率10.5%。

Abstract:An improved method was achieved on the preparation of the 2-chloromethyl-3 ,4-dime-thoxypyridine hydrochloride. Maltol was by turn methylated, chloridized, oxidated and methoxylated to give the 2-methyl-3 ,4-dimethoxypyridine-N-oxide. The title compound was then obtained easily via chloridizing the 2-hydroxymethyl-3 ,4-dimethoxypyridine, which was obtained by treating the 2-meth-yl-3,4-dimethoxypyridine-N-oxide with acetic anhydride and sodium hydroxide with the overall yield 10.5%.
