图书馆服务理念和管理机制探新

摘    要:从图书馆服务和管理机制两个方面看,图书馆要树立以人为本的服务理念,建立以人为本的管理机制.具体措施是: 保障其平等利用图书馆的权力;提供优质服务;创造人性化的服务环境;确立馆员的主体地位与人文理念;多点人文精神、人性思考、人格影响、人生关怀.

Abstract:Based on the two aspects of the library service and managerial system,this article puts forward the idea of establishing the service and managerial notion of "putting people first" in modern university libraries.Its specific measures are: to guarantee the right of utilizing the library resources equally by each student,to provide quality service,to create a humanistic library environment,to establish the principal role and humanistic notion of the librarians,to lay more stress on the humanistic spirit and consideration as well as more emphasis on the personality influence and loving care of the librarians.
