曾国藩致仕思想产生的原因探析

对曾国藩致仕思想的产生成因进行了探讨。曾国藩在功名鼎盛之时,表现出看淡仕途的姿态,其产生的原因一方面由于政治和军事斗争的险恶,另一方面曾国藩具有强烈道德感,怀有道德救赎的精神,这两方面是他渴望致仕的重要作用力,但因为事态变化万千而最终未能如其所愿。

探讨了现代人生中的“无奈”现象,并从中引申出解决的方法。认为:现代人生中的“无奈”主要表现为三个方面:第一、现代人生中的“烦”;第二、现代人生中的“没劲”;第三、现代人生中的“冷漠”。人生中的“无奈”虽然在任何时代的人的生活里都会发生,但却可以说唯现代人之人生过程中最为突出。因此,有必要对其进行一番探讨和分析,并寻找出解决的途径。     

Applying Even-Swap Method to Structurally Enhance the Process of Intuition Decision-Making

The purpose of this study is to employ a rational decision-making method to structurally and systematically enhance the process of intuitive decision-making. This study employed the Even-Swap method as a rational decision-making method. Eleven nurses who intended to quit their jobs because of their experience with the care of SARS patients were selected as a control group. Then Even-Swap method was employed with the same 11 nurses for making resignation decisions as experimental group. This study found that 10 of the subjects who employed both methods to evaluate the same scheme reached different decision conclusions from their original ones, while the other subject reached the same decision conclusion. The Even-Swap method proved to be more comprehensive when used in conjunction with intuitive decision-making. In addition, this method can assist clear presentation of intuitive decision-making process by its structural and systematic process.
