The technical parameters and the structural factors of melt-blown nonwovens used as filteringmedium are analysed,the orientation of particles filtered in a filter is described,and the optimalparameters for air filtration are obtained.The results are shown as follows:the ratio of tenacity oflongitudinal to cross direction has a close agreement with the random coefficient of fiber arrange-ment in practice;large particles are most likely trapped on the surface of a filter,and smaller parti-cles are filtered throughout the depth of a filter,and the deeper,the smaller;moreover,higher fil-tering efficiency and lower pressure drop can be effected through the optimization of parameters.  相似文献

A series of hyperbranched poly(amine-ester)polyols were synthesized by the polycondensation of N,N-diethylol-3-amine-methylpropionate(prepared by Michael addition reaction of methyl acrylate with diethanolamine)as an AB2-type monomer with trimethylol propane as the core moiety,proceeding in one-step procedure in the melt with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.The obtained monomer and polymers were characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy.The solubility and surface activity in aqueous solution of the polymers were also examined.The gas permeability,water vapor permeability,and moisture absorption of microfiber synthetic leather treated by hyperbranched polymer were studied.The optimum conditions were that the dosage of dye and hyperbranched polymer was 5% and 10%,respectively.The water vapor permeability and moisture absorption of microfiber synthetic leather reached to 0.525 4 mg/(10 cm2·24 h)and 0.046 7 mg/(10 cm2·24 h).Compared with blank samples,they increased by 15% and 35%,respectively.However,the dosage of hyperbranched polymer has little influence on gas permeability of microfiber synthetic leather.SEM results show that the fiber of microfiber synthetic leather treated by hyperbranched polymer is incompact.  相似文献

利用高压静电纺丝手段制备了H6P2W18O62/聚乙烯醇超细纤维毯,并将其在380℃下焙烧4 h,获得了纯杂多酸H6P2W18O62超细纤维毯.通过红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射以及扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对所制备的杂多酸H6P2W18O62超细纤维毯进行了表征,结果表明:通过高压静电纺丝与焙烧手段的结合,能够获得纯多酸的超细纤维形态.  相似文献

The one dimensional mathematical model of the air drag in melt blowing process, which had been put forward by Uyttendaele and Shambaugh is improved. The influence of the density and the specific heat capacity of polymer melt at constant pressure changing with polymer temperature on fiber diameter are studied. The power - law model is introduced as the constitutive equation. The influences of polymer volume flow rate, initial polymer temperature, initial air velocity and initial air temperature on fiber diameter are discussed.  相似文献

报道了一种基于覆石墨烯锥型光纤可饱和吸收体的掺铥光纤激光器。该激光器采用环形腔结构,利用“熔融拉锥”法制备锥型微纳光纤,采用化学气相沉积法制备石墨烯层,并将单层石墨烯覆于锥型微纳光纤上形成可饱和吸收体,利用石墨烯对光纤锥腰部位倏逝场的非线性吸收来实现锁模。通过调节激光器的泵浦功率(1~2.52 W),获得了多个工作状态的产生和演化过程,实验分别获得了连续激光(1~1.38 W)、调Q锁模脉冲(1.38~2.09 W)和稳定的连续锁模脉冲(2.09~2.52 W)3种不同的输出状态。结果表明,覆石墨烯锥型光纤可饱和吸收体能够使激光器实现稳定的锁模运行,研究结果对基于覆石墨烯锥型光纤可饱和吸收体的掺铥光纤激光器输出动力学特性研究具有一定的指导价值。  相似文献
