Hollow bismuth ferrite nanofibers were fabricated via simple electrospinning process,and the storage properties of Na-ions were investigated by atmospheric pressure X-ray photoelectron spectrum(APXPS) and Synchrotron Radiation.The results show that the hollow bismuth ferrite nanotubes demonstrate impressive sodium storage properties and good cycling stability that the specific capacity can exceed 500 mA h g~(-1) and the cycle number reaches several hundred cycles.The graphene-coated bismuth ferrite nanotubes exhibit a specific capacity of600 mAhg~(-1)and a 89% capacity retention after 200 cycles.The present strategy can be a significant step to fabricate hollow perovskite oxides and serve as sodium ion batteries. 相似文献

为了解决在空气条件下热处理温度和次数对含有B位空位锰氧化物La0.75Sr0.25Mn0.95Δ0.05O3中氧含量影响的物理问题,采用改进的溶胶凝胶法,成功制备了名义成分为La0.75Sr0.25Mn0.95Δ0.05O3的钙钛矿锰氧化物材料,先后对样品在973,107 3,127 3,147 3K进行了4次热处理,对其结构和磁性进行了研究.结果表明,经973K热处理后样品晶粒表面明显缺氧,导致其中存有碳元素;经过后3次热处理,样品的氧含量逐渐增加,从正分到过剩.结合晶体缺陷热平衡理论,氧含量过剩时,实际上形成了B位含有空位的AB1-Δ-zO3型钙钛矿结构. 相似文献

Silver ions substituted samarium strontium manganite (Sm0.55Sr0.30Ag0.15MnO3) pervoskite was synthesized by using respective oxides in stoichiometric ratio through solid state reaction. The as-prepared sample was characterized by various analytical techniques to confirm its formation and understand the effect of monovalent silver ions in pervoskite lattice. X-ray diffraction pattern confirms the single phase formation while grain morphology in SEM image indicates good connectivity among the grains. The enhancement in metal to insulator transition temperature shows quenched disorder and magnetoresistance phenomena. The magnetoresistance (MR) and temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) emerge from grain growth factor and homogeneity induced by Ag+ ions in the lattice. The reduction in hysteresis loss resulted from antiferromagnetic - ferromagnetic (TN) and ferromagnetic - paramagnetic (Tc) transitions reveals the removal of disorder in perovskite lattice by Ag+ ions substitution. This increases the magnetic moment across distinct ions on the applying magnetic field. The rise in MR% (~99%) with silver doping emerging from smooth spin tunneling of the grains across the boundary and suppression of the disordered magnetic fluctuations with increase in magnetic field has been reported. The present compound exhibits the first order nature of magnetism and observed first time the highest value of TCR ~ 95%. 相似文献

采用固相反应法制备了系列Ca(Mn2Cu1)Mn4O12/mAg2O多晶类钙钛矿锰氧化物。X射线衍射表明,m≤0.3的样品呈比较纯净的类钙钛矿相,而m>0.3的样品,是由类钙钛矿和金属Ag相组成的复合物。所有样品呈现半导体导电性质,电阻率低于未掺杂的Ca(Mn2Cu1)Mn4O12样品。居里温度测量表明,随着Ag掺杂量的增加,样品的居里温度逐渐升高。对于m=0.3和m=0.6的样品,120K温度和1T磁场下磁电阻比可达-10%左右。 相似文献

La-deficient La_(1-x)Ce_xMnO_3 mixed oxides, obtained by selective dissolution in 1 M nitric acid, were employed in methane complete oxidation. The majority of the La cations in these perovskites were removed, resulting in increased specific surface areas, better reducibility and greater activity. Incorporation of a small amount of Ce stabilized the structure and a perovskite phase persisted in La-deficient La_(1-x)Ce_xMnO_3 mixed oxides after 12 h of acid dissolution. La_(0.95)Ce_(0.05)MnO_3 after the acid treatment exhibited satisfactory catalytic activity, with T50 and T90 values of 365 and 459℃, respectively, which was even comparable to that previously reported 1% Pd/Al_2O_3 catalysts. And it showed excellent long-term activity even in the presence of CO_2 and H_2O. 相似文献

在使用反溶剂辅助的一步旋涂法制备钙钛矿太阳能电池(Pero-SCs)中的钙钛矿层时,前驱体溶液的配方对反溶剂的种类十分敏感。目前对反溶剂的研究主要集中在反溶剂的种类上, 少有研究针对某一种反溶剂,结合前驱体溶液的溶剂组分和反溶剂的滴加时间与用量来探索最优制备条件。基于此,将氯苯作为反溶剂,在碘化铅(PbI2): 氯化铅(PbCl2): 甲基碘化铵(MAI)= 1.25 M: 0.15 M: 1.3 M且溶剂为γ-丁内酯(GBL)和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)的体系中,当前驱体溶液溶剂体积比为7:3,反溶剂用量为500 μL,反溶剂滴加时间为倒数第10 s时,制备的钙钛矿薄膜晶粒小且致密,表面粗糙度较小,结晶度、吸光度和缺陷状态均为最佳,最终得到的最佳电池效率为14.90 %。 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备钙钛矿型复合氧化物La1-xSrxMnO3,研究其对低浓度甲醇完全氧化催化性能.实验结果表明:Sr2+取代量和样品焙烧温度对催化剂活性均有显著影响,以873K焙烧的La0.6Sr0.4MnO3的催化活性为佳;催化剂的BET,XPS,O2-TPD,H2-TPR表征研究结果证实,较大的比表面,较高的表面Mn浓度和氧吸附量都有利于催化剂活性的提高. 相似文献
