Proopiomelanocortin expression in the skin during induced hair growth in mice

We demonstrate for the first time a hair cycle-dependent gene and protein expression of proopiomelanocortin in mouse skin in vivo. Northern blot detected POMC mRNA with an apparent size of 0.9 kb in anagen but not telogen skin. Western blot emphasized a specific protein of 30–33 kDa recognized by anti 68m6w833/xxlarge946.gif" alt="beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-endorphin in late but not early anagen or telogen skin. By immunocytochemistry, 68m6w833/xxlarge946.gif" alt="beta" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">-endorphin antigen was localized in the sebaceous gland in a hair cycle dependent manner.     

一种基于MC68HC08的摩托车电喷控制系统

根据摩托车发动机的工作原理，作者设计并调试完成了一个基于MC68HC08单片机的电喷控制系统，并应用该系统在台架上进行了单杠四冲程发动机CC125的匹配实验，较好地解决了发动机动力性、经济性及排放之间的矛盾．经实验测量表明，该电喷控制系统可以使摩托车发动机的功率提高10％左右，燃油消耗率降低15％左右，废气排放量减少20％左右．     

Interfamily pregnancy and expression of CD57, CD68 in deciduas between golden hamster and mouse

Pregnancy between different species is one of the key steps to interspecific somatic cell cloning. Although interspecific clone embryos have been constructed, they could not develop to birth after being transferred to recipi-ents. In order to clarify the mechanism of this phenomenon, interfamily pregnancy between golden hamste (Mesocricetus auratus) and mouse (Mus musculus) was studied. Co-culture results indicated that the adhesion ratios of golden hamster blastocysts on mouse uterine epithelia monolayer 12, 24, 48 and 72 h after co-culture were all significantly lower than those of mouse blastocysts. The outgrowth ratios of golden hamster blastocysts on mouse uterine epithelia monolayer 48, 72 h after co-culture were both significantly lower than those of mouse blastocysts (P < 0.01). Golden hamster抯 blastula could be implanted and develop to D 11 of pregnancy after being transferred to mouse uterus (the 7th day after embryo transfer). Compared to the transfer of mouse embryo to mouse uterus, the successful ratio of interfamily embryo transfer was lower and the bulk of fetus was smaller than that of intraspecific fetus. Compared to intraspecific preg-nancy of mouse, the remote decidual tissue of interfamily pregnancy on D8 is looser. At the same time, expressions of CD57 and CD 68 in remote deciduas were both higher than those in the secondary deciduas in both intraspecific and interfamily pregnancy. However, expressions of the two molecules in interfamily pregnancy were lower than those in intraspecific pregnancy. These results showed that interfam-ily pregnancy could be established between golden hamster and mouse. But the development of fetus in interfamily pregnancy was slower than that in intraspecific pregnancy. The expression difference of CD57 and CD68 indicates the difference of immunoreaction between interfamily and in-traspecific pregnancy, which may be one of the reasons lead-ing to interfamily pregnancy termination.     

清热利湿与益气古典方剂逆转二甲基亚硝胺大鼠肝硬化的细胞生物学基础研究

探讨了清热利湿的茵陈蒿汤与益气的黄芪汤逆转二甲基亚硝胺(di methylnitrosamine,DMN)大鼠肝硬化的细胞生物学基础.采用0.5%DMN生理盐水溶液4周12次腹腔注射法制备大鼠肝硬化模型,造模成型后终止DMN刺激,分组予以不同功效方剂经口给药2周,获取样本作相关指标的检测.TUNEL染色原位检测肝细胞凋亡并计算凋亡指数,免疫组织化学及Western blot方法分别检测肝组织α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-smooth muscle actin,α-SMA)、肝细胞生长因子α(he-patic growth factor-α,HGF-α)、CD68及基质金属蛋白酶13(MMP-13)的表达,明胶酶谱法检测基质金属蛋白酶2,9(MMP-2、MMP-9)的活性.与正常大鼠比较,模型大鼠肝细胞凋亡指数、CD68及α-SMA表达均显著增加,而HGF-α与MMP-13表达显著减少(P<0.01或<0.05);与同期模型对照组大鼠相比,茵陈蒿汤组大鼠肝细胞凋亡指数显著降低,CD68与MMP-13表达显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.05),黄芪汤组无显著变化;茵陈蒿汤组MMP-9活性显著增加(P<0.01)、而黄芪汤组显著降低(P<0.05);茵陈蒿汤组及黄芪汤组大鼠肝组织α-SMA表达均显著降低(P<0.01),而黄芪汤组显著低于茵陈蒿汤组(P<0.05),黄芪汤组大鼠肝组织HGF-α表达显著增加(P<0.05),MMP-2活性显著降低(P<0.05).这表明逆转DMN大鼠肝硬化的有效方剂具有不同的细胞生物学基础:茵陈蒿汤清热利湿的祛邪作用在于减少肝实质细胞的病理性凋亡、调控库普弗细胞功能;黄芪汤益气的扶正功效主要表现为抑制肝星状细胞活化及促进肝窦内皮细胞损伤的修复.     

一种智能家用小型榨油机控制系统的设计

随着人们对食品安全的重视,自榨食用油正悄然成为一种新的健康生活方式。智能家用小型榨油机是在传统工厂大型榨油机技术的基础上,设计的一种全自动的厨房家电产品。本文着重从系统的硬、软件设计方面进行探讨,使该控制系统能够自动对不同榨油料加热翻炒、压榨,高效快速地制作出新鲜安全的各种食用油及其酱料。     

血清和Pluronic F68对悬浮培养杂交瘤细胞的保护作用

报道了生物反应器中血清和ＰｌｕｒｏｎｉｃＦ６８对杂交瘤细胞的保护作用及其物理机理。实验发现当生物反应器中流体主体Ｋｏｌｍｏｇｏｒｏｖ湍流涡旋尺度与细胞大小相当或小于细胞时，血清和ＰｌｕｒｏｎｉｃＦ６８未能对细胞提供保护作用。而当气泡是导致细胞破损的主要根源时，它们对细胞的保护作用均十分显著，尤其是ＰｌｕｒｏｎｉｃＦ６８，在其浓度为１ｇ／Ｌ时，完全防止了气泡对细胞的破损作用。通过泡沫分馏实验、热力学分析和表面张力测定，证明它们对细胞的保护作用建立在表面活性基础上。通过改变系统的界面特性阻止细胞在气泡表面的吸附，从而有效地消除气泡对细胞的破损作用。

提出了一种基于蓝牙技术和单片机技术的无线心音、呼吸音监护系统.经过临床试用,证明了医务人员不用直接接触病人就可及时获得病人准确的心音、呼吸音信息,有效地避免医务人员和病人的交叉感染.本系统尤其适用于烈性传染病人的心音和呼吸音的监护,具有较高的临床实用价值和社会价值.     

嵌入式Web Server中TCP/IP协议的实现

介绍了单片机MC68HC908AP64与以太网控制芯片RTL8019AS的硬件接口电路实现,以及在AP64中如何运用嵌入式Internet的基本理论实现一个瘦TCP/IP协议栈,并且应用瘦TCP/IP协议栈实现嵌入式Web Server。通过该系统可以将家电的控制信号转化成因特网上的信息进行传输,从而实现对设备的远程控制。
