论经济法的调整对象范围

关于经济法的调整对象历来是经济法学甚至包括民法学、行政法学界争执的一个焦点,但是大家还是就经济法的基本理念达成了共识,即经济法是国家干预市场经济的基本法律形式,鉴于我国完全不同于西方的市场进化模式,当前我国国家干预市场的范围应当严格限定,干预市场与培育市场应当两种手段并存.经济法以社会公共利益为本位的法益追求是经济法区别于传统的公法和私法独立存在的根本理由.在此基础上再界定经济法的调整对象也就不再困难.     

化工测量中的干扰分析及抗干扰方法

一维核废料污染问题的一个二阶格式

利用降价法研究了多孔介质中一维核废料污染问题，此模型由一非线性抛物－椭圆耦合偏微分方程组的初边值问题来描述，对此问题给出了一个关于时间和空间均具有二阶精度的差分格式，并进行了理论分析。     

结构动力分析中Kuhar方法的改进和收敛性

本文介绍了结构动力分析中基于Ｋｕｈａｒ方法的动力缩减迭代法，应用矩阵摄动理论证明了其收敛性，算例说明了方法的有效性     

Zn^2＋在电解还原铕（Ⅲ）过程中的催化行为研究

本文报道微量Zn~(2+)在电解还原铕(Ⅲ)离子过程中的催化作用,研究结果表明:当阴极中含Zn~(2+)时,铕(Ⅲ)离子将缩短到达定量还原的时间,用循环伏安法监控电极过程的结果表明:电极过程是准一级的催化过程。     

Targeted inhibition of Livin resensitizes renal cancer cells towards apoptosis

Cancer cells are typically characterized by apoptosis deficiency. In order to investigate a possible role for the anti-apoptotic livin gene in renal cell cancer (RCC), we analyzed its expression in tumor tissue samples and in RCC-derived cell lines. In addition, we studied the contribution of livin to the apoptotic resistance of RCC cells by RNA interference (RNAi). Livin gene expression was detected in a significant portion of RCC tumor tissue specimens (13/14, 92.9%) and tumor-derived cell lines (12/15, 80.0%). Moreover, targeted inhibition of livin by RNAi markedly sensitized RCC cells towards proapoptotic stimuli, such as UV irradiation or the chemotherapeutic drugs etoposide, 5-fluorouracil, and vinblastine. These effects were specific for livin expressing tumor cells. We conclude that livin can contribute significantly to the apoptosis resistance of RCC cells. Targeted inhibition of livin could represent a novel therapeutic strategy to increase the sensitivity of renal cancers towards pro-apoptotic agents. 1 Results This paper presents the development of platinum nanocomposites structures based on organically modified c.a.2 nm core platinum nanoparticles.The chemical modification of the 4-mercaptoaniline functionalized particles by various in coming molecules is evidenced and precisely quantified.The particles can be dissolved like molecules in various solvents depending on the features of the new crown and X-rays shows that the interparticle distance is affected by the crown modification.These platinum n...     

某库岸滑坡稳定分析及治理措施研究

从地质条件出发,详细分析了滑坡的成因,以大型的岩土工程数值分析软件(ADINA)为研究手段,建立有限元计算模型,用强度折减的方法分析了滑坡体在初始工况、蓄水工况、暴雨工况、水位骤降工况和地震工况下的稳定情况,根据滑坡的失稳情况,在综合考虑的基础上,提出了削坡减载和地表排水相结合的治理措施,计算结果表明,治理措施是可行的,研究结果对设计和施工具有较大的参考价值.
