氯在Cu(100)面上的吸附及其对氧共吸附的影响的电子能谱研究

利用UPS、XPS、AES、△φ和热脱附等方法,研究了室温、低分压下氯在Cu(100)面上的吸附行为以及它对氧共吸附的影响。氯解离化学吸附在铜表面上,其吸附过程包括初始快速吸附,然后缓慢增加至饱和两个步骤。吸附引起铜表面轻微氧化,但表面没有重排,即使升温氯原子也没有进一步向下扩散,热脱附的唯一产物是氯原子。室温下,氯的预吸附降低甚至完全阻止了氧的接续吸附;而预吸附氧至饱和也不会阻碍氯的接续吸附,氯的接续吸附促使氧原子进入体相和铜原子向表层扩散。     

Joint Strength with Soldering of Al2O3 Ceramics After Ni-P Chemical Plating

Ni-P alloy was chemically plated on Al2O3 ceramics to produce uniform alloy coatings at temperatures below 70~C. Cu metal was electroplated onto the Ni-P coating to facilitate the soldering and shorten the chemical plating time. Then, the electroplated ceramic specimens were soldered with 60 wt.% Sn-40 wt.% Pb solder in active colophony. The highest shear strength was acquired after the heat treatment at 170℃ for 15 min. The joint fractures mostly propagated along the interface between the ceramics and the Ni-P coating, with some fracture in both the ceramics and the Ni-P coating near the interface and some along the interface between the Cu and Ni-P coatings. The results show that ceramic surface roughness and the chemical plating parameters influence the coating quality, and that suitable heat treatment before the soldering also improves the adhesion between the ceramics and Ni-P coatings, thus strengthening the joints.     

化学镀镍过程中金属基体的引发催化特性研究

通过电位-时间曲线的特征,研究了化学镀镍反应初期不同基体材料的催化特征.在同质基体上可以瞬间诱发化学镀反应,而在异质基体上的诱导期因镀液组成不同而发生变化.在异质基体材料中,Pt无催化活性,Pd的诱发时间最长.     

射频溅射金属前驱体硫化法制备的Cu2ZnSnS4薄膜

采用射频溅射技术沉积Cu／Sn／Zn金属前驱体叠层结合硫化技术在玻璃衬底上成功制备了Cu2ZnSnS4薄膜。X-射线衍射分析表明，通过优化制备条件可以获得单一黝锡矿结构且具有（221）择优取向的Cu2ZnSnS4薄膜。霍尔效应和紫外可见透过谱测量表明，样品的薄膜电阻、吸收系数和光学带隙分别达到0．073Ω·cm，10^4cm^-1和1．53eV，具有适合作为薄膜太阳电池吸收层应用的可能性。     

一种高效的强酸性镀锡废液回收处理新工艺

阐述了一种未见报道的能对强酸性镀锡废液进行大规模集中回收处理的新工艺。这套工艺是在对废水进行预热的条件下，利用硫酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺作为聚沉剂和絮凝剂，便可在短时间内对大量的强酸性废液进行高效处理，最后经过压滤便可得含锡量高的锡泥。     

实验性脾虚证大鼠血清中微量元素含量的研究

用破气苦降药加饮食失节法复制了大鼠脾虚证模型。采用原子吸收光谱法检测了血清发Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ和Ｆｅ的含量。本研究证明，脾虚证大鼠血清Ｚｎ值明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１）；Ｃｕ值、Ｆｅ值无明显差异（Ｐ＞００５）；Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值上升。用中药加味四君子汤治疗后，血清Ｚｎ值明显回升并高于正常水平（Ｐ＜００５），Ｃｕ值回升（Ｐ＜０．０５），但Ｆｅ值和Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值与自然恢复及对照组比较无显著性差异。这说明：１．脾虚组Ｚｎ的降低可能与消化吸收障碍有关；２．加味四君子汤对脾虚证时血清Ｚｎ及Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值的变化有明显的调整和恢复作用．     

Cu（Ⅱ） effect on the conformation of regenerated silk fibroin in dilute aqueous solution

Much attention has been paid to the natural mechanism of silkworm spinning due to the impressive mechanical properties of the natural fibers. In this work, we studied the effect of Cu（Ⅱ） ions on the secondary structure of Bombyx mori regenerated silk fibroin （SF） in dilute solution by circular dichroism （CD）. The results indicate that a given amount of Cu（Ⅱ） induces the SF conformational transition from random coil to β-sheet, however, further addition of Cu（Ⅱ） is unfavorable for this conversion. Meanwhile, the conformational changes induced by Cu（Ⅱ） follow a nucleation-dependent aggregation mechanism, which is similar to that found in Prion protein （PrP） denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations, leading to the neurodegenerative disease. This work would help one understand further the natural spinning process of silkworm. Additionally, it would be significant for the study of the nervous system diseases, because silk fibroin, extracted in large amounts from Bombyx mori silkworm gland, could be a proper model to study PrP denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations.     

Cu~(2+)与三磺基四苯基啿卟啉配位反应研究

利用吸收光谱法和直流极谱法研究了Cu~(2+)的还原状态、抗坏态、抗坏血酸浓度及溶解氧对Cu~(2+)与三磺基四苯基卟啉配位反应的影响。结果表明Cu~(2+)与三磺基四苯(?)基四苯基卟啉配位反应的可能机制为抗坏血酸首先将高价铜还原为亚铜,亚铜离子与配位剂生成对氧成对氧敏感的不稳定中间体Cu~(Ⅰ)——三磺基四:苯基卟啉配合物,立即又被溶解氧氧化为Cu(Ⅱ)——Ⅱ)——三磺基四苯基卟啉配合物。     

苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲Cu(I)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物的直接电化学合成

用电化学金属阳极氧化法在非水溶剂中合成了苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲（ＨＬ）与Ｃｕ（Ｉ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、磁矩、摩尔电导等对配合物进行了表征。     

应用滋养和包埋技术进行籼稻原生质体培养和植株再生

从几个籼稻品种不同发育阶段的幼穗分离出密度平均为２２×１０５个／ｍＬ～４６×１０５个／ｍＬ的原生质体。将这些原生质体包埋在藻酸钠颗粒里并分别在粳稻愈伤组织滋养下培养和没有愈伤组织滋养。在这两种培养条件下原生质体稳定,分裂频率分别达到４８４％和３８８％,群体存活率达到５３％和４７％,愈伤组织绿苗分化率达到７１６％和６２３％。这两种方法优于常用的琼脂糖包埋法和琼脂糖颗粒法。
