1 Results This paper presents the development of platinum nanocomposites structures based on organically modified c.a.2 nm core platinum nanoparticles.The chemical modification of the 4-mercaptoaniline functionalized particles by various in coming molecules is evidenced and precisely quantified.The particles can be dissolved like molecules in various solvents depending on the features of the new crown and X-rays shows that the interparticle distance is affected by the crown modification.These platinum n...

用横场伊辛模型研究退极化场对铁电薄膜的影响

考虑到退极化场对铁电薄膜性质的影响,提出了一个改进的横场伊辛模型,在平均场理论的框架下研究了薄膜的一系列铁电行为.计算结果表明退极化场使薄膜的自发极化曲线更加平坦,膜的极化变得更加均匀,得到了与朗道—金兹堡理论的一致结果.

强直电流伸展弧CVD硬质合金金刚石涂层工具

采用自行研制的强电流直流扩展电弧设备对酸浸和渗硼预处理的YG6刀片进行了金刚石薄膜涂层沉积，并对放于不同位置的沉积刀片表面涂层的激光Raman谱和SEM形貌进行了分析、研究。结果表明：渗硼预处理工艺优于酸浸预处理工艺；在渗硼处理的GY6刀片上，沉积的金刚石薄膜涂层具有大面积、均匀性好和质量高的特点。     

Fabrication and Application of High Quality Diamond-coated Tools

Diamond-coated tools were fabricated using Co-cemented carbide inserts as substrates by the electronically aided hot filament chemical vapor deposition (EACVD). An amount of additive in an acid solution was used to promote the Co etching of the substrate surface. The surface of the WC-Co substrate was decarburized by microwave plasma with Ar-H 2 gas. Microstructure and optical properties of Ag5In5Te47Sb33 phase change thin films with high reflection in thermal annealing process

The microstructure and optical properties of Ag-5In-5Te 47Sb 33 phase change films with high reflection in the thermal annealing process were systematically reported. The as_deposited film is amorphous and its crystalline temperature is 160℃. The annealed films are crystalline. The crystalline phases are AgInTe-2, AgSbTe-2 and Sb when annealed at low temperature. When annealed at 220℃, the AgInTe-2 phase disappears and the amount of AgSbTe-2 is the largest. The research of electronic transmission microscopy shows that the morphology of AgSbTe 2 is sphere and that of Sb is bludgeon. The reflection of the annealed films is higher and reaches its peak value at 220℃.     

WC—Co硬质合金刀片热丝法金刚石薄膜涂层附着力

用热丝法研究了ＷＣ－６％Ｃｏ硬质合金刀片金刚石薄膜涂层附着力。结果表明：采用温度为８０℃,（ＨＣｌ：ＨＮＯ３：Ｈ２Ｏ）（体积比）为１∶１∶１溶液对硬质合金刀片表面去Ｃｏ１５ｍｉｎ后,经４０ｕｍ金刚石粉及１．５ｕｍ金刚石加２０ｕｍＴａＣ混合粉进行超声预处理,结果表明,沉积的金刚石薄膜与硬质合金刀片基底具有良好的附着力,而经４０ｕｍ金刚石粉处理的薄膜涂层组织与附着力要好一些。
