北京市专业化众创空间发展模式及对策建议

专业化众创空间是在众创空间基础上发展起来的服务于产业细分领域、高度专业化、重点服务于实体经济的一种新型创新创业服务载体.北京市作为全国科技创新中心,创新创业高度活跃,专业化众创空间不断探索模式创新和服务创新,在服务高精尖产业发展、加快新旧动能转换、促进科技成果转化、盘活科技创新资源等方面发挥了重要作用.文章通过分析北京市专业化众创空间发展的情况和特点,总结提炼了几种典型发展模式,分析了专业化众创空间对首都经济高质量发展的重要意义,同时针对目前北京市专业化众创空间发展存在的主要问题,提出相关对策建议.     

Effects of SiO2 on the preparation and metallurgical properties of acid oxidized pellets

The effects of SiO₂ content on the preparation process and metallurgical properties of acid oxidized pellets, including compressive strength, reduction, and softening–melting behaviors, were systematically investigated.Mineralogical structures, elemental distribution, and pore size distribution were varied to analyze the mechanism of the effects.The results show that with an increase in SiO₂ content from 3.51 wt%to 7.18 wt%, compressive strength decreases from 3150 N/pellet to 2100 N/pellet and reducibility decreases from 76.5% to 71.4%.The microstructure showed that pellets with high SiO₂ content contained more magnetite in the mineralogical structures.Additionally, some liquid phases appeared, which hindered the continuous crystallization of hematite.Also, the softening–melting properties of the pellets clearly deteriorated as the SiO₂ content increased.With increasing SiO₂ content, the temperature range of the softening–melting zone decreased, and the maximum differential pressure and the comprehensive permeability index increased significantly.When acid oxidized pellets are used as the raw materials for blast furnace smelting, it should be combined with high basicity sinters to improve the softening–melting behaviors of the comprehensive charge.

新型工业化与新型城镇化时空耦合协调性分析——以我国西部12省为例

基于新型工业化和新型城镇化的内涵,通过建立复合系统协调度模型,从静态和动态的角度对我国西部12省区新型工业化与新型城镇化的时空耦合协调性进行分析评价。结果显示:西部地区新型工业化和新型城镇化交互作用,共同推进社会经济系统有序向前发展,新型工业化与新型城镇化的协调发展过程具有空间分异性和动态波动性。进而提出促进我国西部地区新型工业化与新型城镇化协调发展的对策建议。     

适用于混沌密钥分发的新误码协调方法

对于现有的密钥分发中的误码协调方法的复杂性和多次传输的问题，使用倒三角类坐标定位法来解决。将所得裸钥放置于下三角矩阵中，三边分别进行奇偶比较并互相传输计算结果，以达到定位错误比特位的目的。使用互注入光反馈激光器产生相关性高的混沌态来提取裸钥，通过该协调方法，最终可以达到10－8～10－10量级的误码率。通过该方法可以简单、有效地删除裸钥中的误码，满足现实通信对误码率的容忍度。     

PRICE AND SERVICE COMPETITION WITH MAINTENANCE SERVICE BUNDLING

In many equipment manufacturing industries,firms compete with each other not only on products price,but also on maintenance service.More and more traditional products oriented firms are offering their customers products bundled with maintenance service(P&S bundles).In this study,we examine firms’ incentive to offer customers products bundling with long-term maintenance or repair support service in a duopoly competitive environment.When providing P&S bundles,a firm need to determine the service level(in terms of average response time guarantee for the service in this paper) to offer and needs to build a service facility to handle the maintenance service requirements.Based on the analysis of three sub-game models,we characterize the market conditions in which only one firm,both firms or neither firm will offer P&S bundles.Finally,we analyze the affects of serval market factors on firms’ strategy choices.     

Synergetic effect of multiple phases on hydrogen desorption kinetics and cycle durability in ball milled MgH2–PrF3–Al–Ni composite

A new MgH₂–PrF₃–Al–Ni composite was prepared by ball milling under hydrogen atmosphere. After initial dehydrogenation and rehydrogenation, Pr₃Al₁₁, MgF₂, PrH₃ and Mg₂NiH₄ nanoparticles formed accompanying the main phase MgH₂. The hydrogen absorption-desorption properties were measured by using a Sieverts-type apparatus. The results showed that the MgH₂–PrF₃–Al–Ni composite improved cycle stability and enhanced hydrogen desorption kinetics. The improvement of hydrogen absorption-desorption properties is ascribed to the synergetic effect of the in situ formed Pr₃Al₁₁, MgF₂, PrH₃ and Mg₂NiH₄ nanoparticles. This work provides an important inspiration for the improvement of hydrogen storage properties in Mg-based materials.
