深化我国住房保障制度改革 切实解决住房突出问题

住房制度改革以来,中国城市居民的居住条件在一定程度上有所改善,但完善的住房保障制度仍然没有建立起来,广大居民的住房需求仍未得到满足。因此,改善居民的居住水平,完善我国的住房保障制度,仍然是我们所要面临的主要任务。文章首先分析了我国现阶段住房保障制度中的存在问题,然后针对已出现的问题并结合我国国情,提出完善我国住房保障制度的相应对策。

Ruin Probability in Linear Time Series Model

This paper analyzes a continuous time risk model with a linear model used to model the claim process. The time is discretized stochastically using the times when claims occur, using Doob‘s stopping time theorem and martingale inequalities to obtain expressions for the ruin probability as well as both exponential and non-exponential upper bounds for the ruin probability for an infinite time horizon. Numerical results are included to illustrate the accuracy of the non-exponential bound.

Who Wants to Be Informed-Less Risk Aversion or More Risk Aversion?

Information is an important issue in financial markets since information advantage leads to increased profits.This paper investigates whether those with less risk aversion or more risk aversion would like to be informed when there is private information which can be acquired for a certain cost.The CARA utility function and normal return assumptions were used to get the closed form solution of the absolute risk aversion coefficient which is indifferent to whether a person wants to be informed,which shows that the less risk aversion investor would like to be informed.The results further show that in financial markets,those people with lower risk aversion (for instance,institutional investors) are more favorable to information and price discovery of risky assets,which is consistent with intuition as well as empirical studies.     

国内股票基金行为模式——来自封闭成长型股票基金的证据

为研究国内基金经理的行为模式和市场有效性,选取2004年至2010年国内11支封闭式成长型股票基金作为样本进行实证研究。该文采用相关系数检验与Copula分解系数对样本进行分析。研究结果表明:国内股票型基金不遵循基本分析而遵循技术分析进行投资,在市场上升时买入、在市场下跌时卖出,具有显著羊群效应;国内基金经理不显著具备预测股票趋势的能力;并且技术分析的依赖程度和基础分析的效果与基金业绩表现都没有显著相关性,说明国内股票市场弱有效和半强有效。     

Upper Bounds for Ruin Probability with Stochastic Investment Return

Risk models with stochastic investment return are widely held in practice, as well as in more challenging research fields. Risk theory is mainly concerned with ruin probability, and a tight bound for ruin probability is the best for practical use. This paper presents a discrete time risk model with stochastic investment return. Conditional expectation properties and martingale inequalities are used to obtain both exponential and non-exponential upper bounds for the ruin probability.

研究极限分布具有无穷可分性的马氏过程。利用特征函数研究无穷可分性。某类马氏过程具有无穷可分的极限分布,但不是所有的马氏过程均具有无穷可分性。由此,给出了一个较易验证的保证极限分布存在的充要条件,并对某类特殊形式的马氏过程给出了具有无穷可分的极限分布的充分条件。
