西湖凹陷西部斜坡带花港组、平湖组储层裂缝发育特征及有效裂缝测井识别

以西湖凹陷西斜坡花港组、平湖组致密砂岩储层为研究对象,通过录井资料分析及岩心和显微薄片观察,研究裂缝的宏观与微观发育特征及其影响因素.结果显示其主要发育层理缝和构造缝.层理缝主要为水平缝和低角度缝,且已被充填;构造缝主要为垂直缝和高角度缝,充填缝和未充填缝各占一半.裂缝的发育受岩性、单层厚度、断裂及地应力场的综合影响.在交会图法(定性)和概率判别法(半定量)研究的基础上,将岩心观察统计结果与常规测井曲线和成像测井成果相对比,综合预测与评价裂缝发育段,认为有利的裂缝发育层段为花港组下段和平湖组中下段.     

Controllability of Quantum Systems with SU(1, 1) Dynamical Symmetry

This paper presents sufficient and necessary conditions for the propagator controllability of a class of infinite-dimensional quantum systems with SU(1, 1) dynamical symmetry through the isomorphic mapping to the non-unitary representation of SU(1, 1). The authors prove that the elliptic condition of the total Hamiltonian is both necessary and sufficient for the controllability and strong controllability. The obtained results can be also extended to control systems with SO(2, 1) dynamical symmetry.     

Blockage of the NLRP3 inflammasome by MCC950 improves anti-tumor immune responses in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

The NLRP3 inflammasome is a critical innate immune pathway responsible for producing active interleukin (IL)-1β, which is associated with tumor development and immunity. However, the mechanisms regulating the inflammatory microenvironment, tumorigenesis and tumor immunity are unclear. Herein, we show that the NLRP3 inflammasome was over-expressed in human HNSCC tissues and that the IL-1β concentration was increased in the peripheral blood of HNSCC patients. Additionally, elevated NLRP3 inflammasome levels were detected in tumor tissues of Tgfbr1/Pten 2cKO HNSCC mice, and elevated IL-1β levels were detected in the peripheral blood serum, spleen, draining lymph nodes and tumor tissues. Blocking NLRP3 inflammasome activation using MCC950 remarkably reduced IL-1β production in an HNSCC mouse model and reduced the numbers of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), regulatory T cells (Tregs) and tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs). Moreover, inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome activation increased the numbers of CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells in HNSCC mice. Notably, the numbers of exhausted PD-1⁺ and Tim3⁺ T cells were significantly reduced. A human HNSCC tissue microarray showed that NLRP3 inflammasome expression was correlated with the expression of CD8 and CD4, the Treg marker Foxp3, the MDSC markers CD11b and CD33, and the TAM markers CD68 and CD163, PD-1 and Tim3. Overall, our results demonstrate that the NLRP3 inflammasome/IL-1β pathway promotes tumorigenesis in HNSCC and inactivation of this pathway delays tumor growth, accompanied by decreased immunosuppressive cell accumulation and an increased number of effector T cells. Thus, inhibition of the tumor microenvironment through the NLRP3 inflammasome/IL-1β pathway may provide a novel approach for HNSCC therapy.     

基于Web of Science的河北大学科研论文统计分析

以Web of Science数据库为文献来源，利用文献计量学的方法，从文献年收录量、文献类型、语种、学科分布、作者分布、合作情况、来源期刊和引用情况等方面，对Web of Science收录河北大学2004—2013年的科研论文进行统计分析，结果表明：河北大学近10年来被Web of Science数据库收录的文献数量和被引频次呈现逐年上升的趋势，在化学、物理学、动物学和数学方面具有一定的科研能力和影响力，但同时应注重国际合作交流和文献的质量。     

财政性科技经费监管体系探析

我国初步建立了财政性科技经费监管体系,但是在监督主体、监督制度等方面还存在缺陷,科技经费监督出现诸多问题。建立要加强宏观层面的统筹规划,建立由政府、承担单位和外部主体上下联动、横向联合的立体监督体系。     

利用SRTM数据修测高山区地貌的探讨

在高海拔区域测制地形图,如青藏高原地区,所获取的遥感影像局部存在着大范围的高山阴影或云雪覆盖,造成立体观测地貌困难的现象,探讨应用SRTM数据对这类特殊区域地貌进行修测补绘。介绍了数据处理的作业过程,并对实验区SRTM与SPOT5影像立体测图成果进行实验对比分析,成果符合要求。     

Effects of Strain Rate,Temperature and Grain Size on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure Evolutions of Polycrystalline Nickel Nanowires: A Molecular Dynamics Simulation

Through molecular dynamics(MD)simulation,the dependencies of temperature,grain size and strain rate on the mechanical properties were studied.The simulation results demonstrated that the strain rate from 0.05 to 2 ns~(–1 )affected the Young’s modulus of nickel nanowires slightly,whereas the yield stress increased.The Young’s modulus decreased approximately linearly;however,the yield stress firstly increased and subsequently dropped as the temperature increased.The Young’s modulus and yield stress increased as the mean grain size increased from 2.66 to6.72 nm.Moreover,certain efforts have been made in the microstructure evolution with mechanical properties association under uniaxial tension.Certain phenomena such as the formation of twin structures,which were found in nanowires with larger grain size at higher strain rate and lower temperature,as well as the movement of grain boundaries and dislocation,were detected and discussed in detail.The results demonstrated that the plastic deformation was mainly accommodated by the motion of grain boundaries for smaller grain size.However,for larger grain size,the formations of stacking faults and twins were the main mechanisms of plastic deformation in the polycrystalline nickel nanowire.     

广西高技术产业科技创新能力评价研究

文章在分析广西高技术产业发展现状基础上,构建高技术产业科技创新能力评价指标体系,运用熵值法,基于2015—2019年面板数据对广西高技术产业的创新能力进行实证研究.研究表明:广西高技术产业创新能力在西部五省中处于较低水平;广西高技术创新产出实力略低于创新投入实力,创新技术吸收实力仍相对较弱;广西高技术四大行业创新能力存在差异,即电子及通信设备制造产业科技创新投入和产出效果最好,医药制造业和电子通信及装备制造业创新投入高,创新产出评分偏低,医疗仪器设备及仪器仪表制造产业和计算机及办公设备制造产业创新吸收能力很弱.基于以上结论,文章从加大创新资源投入、推动创新平台建设、加强人才队伍建设等方面提出了对策建议.     

基于生态交错带理论的生态环境潜在容量评估和预警研究——以重庆三峡库区为例

生态交错带是指两种不同类型的生态系统交界过渡的区域。基于生态交错带理论对重庆三峡库区的生态脆弱性状况进行了分析，并在此基础上运用道夫尼尔和地球环境的潜在指数M，计算人对地理环境的影响，评估土地类型和环境污染状态。通过对生态环境潜在容量指数E的修正评估了库区 22 个区县的生态环境潜在容量，并在此基础上做出预警研究，将其划分为急警、重警、中警、轻警和无警 5 种类型。最终得出重庆三峡库区生态环境状况两极化现象比较严重，发展不平衡，有些地区生态破坏较为严重，因此需要采取相应的对策进行优化发展。
     

户用光伏交流冰箱系统的性能研究

针对昆明地区户用光伏交流冰箱系统的工作特性进行了实验研究,在不同天气条件下对所构建的系统性能进行了测试,测试结果表明,该系统冰箱的冷冻室最低温度可达-22℃,冷藏室温度为0~7℃,在晴天和多云天气情况下,系统带3kg水时制冷系数COP分别为0.08、0.05,系统带8kg负载时制冷系数COP分别为0.28、0.23;在阴雨天气情况下,蓄电池单独向系统供电可保证系统连续工作3d.该光伏冰箱系统在昆明地区运行稳定,并为户用光伏交流冰箱系统性能的进一步优化提供了依据.
