The altitude effect of δ 18O in precipitation and river water in the Southern Himalayas

The lapse rate of water isotopes is used in the study of the hydrologic cycle as well as in the estimation of uplift of the Tibetan Plateau.The greater elevation contrast in the Southern Himalayas allows for a detailed discussion about this lapse rate.We analyze variations of 18δO in precipitation and river water between 1320 m and 6700 m elevations in the Southern Himalayas,and calculate the specific lapse rate of water 18δO.The results show that the multi-year average lapse rate in precipitation over this region is 0.15‰/100 m.The one-year average lapse rate is 0.17‰/100 m from three sites along the Southern Himalayas.The two results agree,but are much lower than the global average of 0.28‰/100 m.This work also shows that there is a difference in precipitation 18δO lapse rate between the monsoon and non-monsoon seasons.The calculated precipitation lapse rate is much lower than that in surface water.     

长角血蜱不同龄期虫体免疫原性研究

用酶联免疫吸附技术,用长角血蜱三个龄期的虫体蛋白检测其幼虫、若虫和成虫多次叮咬后的兔血清效价.结果表明不同生活阶段的虫体之间存在免疫交叉反应.用SDS-PAGE方法分析了几种蜱类的蛋白质,结果表明长角血蜱不同发育期虫体共有的主要蛋白质有5种,分子量分别为97.4、94、63、37和32kDa;越南血蜱幼虫和微小牛蜱幼虫与长角血蜱不同发育期虫体共有的蛋白质有2种,分子量为97.4、94kDa.用酶联免疫印渍技术研究发现:长角血蜱三个龄期虫体分别叮咬兔产生的抗血清与长角血蜱不同发育期虫体蛋白质印渍,显示出共同蛋白质带,分子量为94kDa.三种抗血清与越南血蜱幼虫印渍显示出的蛋白质,其分子量为97.4、94kDa;与微小牛蜱幼虫蛋白反应显示的蛋白质带,分子量为83、63kDa.实验结果表明不仅长角血蜱三个龄期虫体之间存在免疫交叉反应,而且与微小牛蜱幼虫和越南血蜱幼虫之间也存在免疫交叉反应.     

[Hg(SCN)4]2-与蛋白质相互作用的共振瑞利散射光谱及其分析应用

在pH 1.0~4.5 的稀硫酸介质中, [Hg(SCN)₄]^2-配阴离子与人血清白蛋白(HSA)、α-糜蛋白 酶(α-Chy)、牛血清白蛋白(BSA)、溶菌酶(Lyso)和γ-球蛋白(γ-G)等蛋白质反应形成复合物, 此 时将导致共振瑞利散射(RRS)的显著增强, 也能引起吸收光谱的变化和荧光猝灭, 同时还观察 到圆二色(CD)光谱特征的改变. 本文主要研究[Hg(SCN)₄]^2-蛋白质复合物的RRS 光谱特征、适 宜的反应条件和影响因素, 以及分析化学性质, 并以[Hg(SCN)₄]^2-Lyso 体系为例, 结合吸收、荧 光和圆二色光谱的变化, 对复合物的结合位点、结合模式以及散射增强的原因进行了讨论. RRS 法具有较高的灵敏度, 它对不同蛋白质的检出限在4.6~10.8 ng/mL 之间, 据此建立了 以[Hg(SCN)₄]^2-配阴离子作探针测定人血液和尿液中蛋白质的新方法.     

Tungstate ion resonance Rayleigh scattering method for determination of basic triphenylmethane dyes

Seasonal variations in the Sr-Nd isotopic compositions of suspended particulate matter in the lower Changjiang River: Provenance and erosion constraints

Suspended particulate matter samples were collected monthly for more than 2 years in Nanjing,China to examine seasonal changes in the Sr-Nd isotopic compositions of the lower Changjiang River(CR).The results indicate that the 87Sr/86Sr ratios of the samples ranges from 0.725352 to 0.738128,and the values ofεNd(0)ranges from-10.55 to-12.29.The Sr-Nd isotopic compositions show distinct seasonal variations.The samples had lower 87Sr/86Sr ratios and higherε Nd(0)values during the flood season than the dry seasons.The seasonal variations primarily reflect the controls of provenance rocks and erosion in different sub-catchments.The relative decrease in 87Sr/86Sr ratios and the increase inε Nd(0)values during the flood season may reflect an increasing in the mechanical erosion rate in the upper basin and the contribution of more sediment from the upper reaches.The end member values of 87Sr/86Sr andε Nd(0)of the samples were 0.728254 and?11.26,respectively.
