A larger-scale Zr70Pd30 alloy system has been simulated using molecular dynamics (MD) to investigate structure evolution in Zr70Pd30 metallic glass. The simulated pair distribution function of Zr70Pd30 metallic glass agrees well with the experimental results. Voronoi polyhedron analysis indicates that the icosahedra are not randomly distributed in space, but form characteristic intercrossed icosahedral clusters with medium-range order. Intercrossed icosahedral clusters are the dominant local configurations in Zr70Pd30 metallic glass and probably cause the quasicrystalline phase discovered in Zr70Pd30 metallic glass.  相似文献

The thermal stability and glass forming ability (GFA) of Zr35-xTi30Cu7.5Be27.5Agx (x = 0-10) alloys were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and ultrasonic techniques. We found that the addition of 1 at.% Ag can considerably enhance the GFA as indicated by an increase in the critical glass dimension from 15 mm in the Zr35Ti30Cu7.5Be27.5 alloy to 20 mm in the Zr34Ti30Cu7.5Be27.5Ag1 alloy. However, with the addition of more Ag the supercooled liquid region (△Tx) and y parameter (defined as Tx/(Tg+Tl)) drastically decreased from 155 K and 0.436 to 76 K and 0.363, respectively, resulting in a decrease in the GFA. Additionally, the elastic constant (the ratio of shear modulus to bulk modulus or Poisson’s ratio) was also used as a gauge to evaluate the GFA in Zr35-xTi30Cu7.5Be27.5Agx alloys.  相似文献

双水平井电磁测距径向距离计算方法研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
基于旋转磁场测距(RMRS)的基本理论与方法,在考虑磁源尺寸的条件下,首先推导出旋转磁源周围空间磁场分布规律,然后根据磁信号的轴向分量推导出双水井径向距离的计算方法,最后在此基础上通过仿真和实验提出了磁偶极子模型成立的前提条件。研究表明,探管与磁源的距离大于10倍磁源尺寸时,磁偶极子模型是适用于RMRS系统的;探管与磁源的距离小于10倍磁源尺寸时,径向距离的计算方法能够确定注汽井和生产井的水平段间距,对双水平井导向钻井磁测距计算方法作了进一步完善,为此导向仪器的研究提供了理论参考。  相似文献

A 32-bit pipeline accumulator with carry ripple topology is implemented for direct digital frequency synthesizer.To increase the throughout while hold down the area and power consumption,a method to reduce the number of the pre-skewing registers is proposed.The number is reduced to 29% of a conventional pipeline accumulator.The propagation delay versus bias current of the adder circuit with different size transistors is investigated.We analyze the delay by employing the open circuit time constant method.Compared to the simulation results,the maximum error is less than 8%.A method to optimum the design of the adder based on the propagation delay is discussed.The clock traces for the 32-bit adder are heavily loaded,as there are 40 registers being connected to them.Moreover,the differential clock traces,which are much longer than the critical length,should be treated as transmission lines.Thus a clock distribution method and a termination scheme are proposed to get high quality and low skew clock signals.A multiple-type termination scheme is proposed to match the transmission line impedance.The 32-bit accumulator was measured to work functionally at 5.3 GHz.  相似文献

运用密度泛函理论,在B3LYP/def2-tzvp水平下,对团簇NiPS3的初始构型进行优化计算,获得9种优化构型。从红外光谱、偶极矩、拉曼光谱和极化率这4个方面对团簇NiPS3的光谱学性质进行分析,结果表明:团簇NiPS3的所有优化构型均为C1对称,二重平面非对称构型1(2)最为稳定;二重立体戴帽三角锥构型5(2)和四重立体戴帽三角锥构型3(4)的红外活性和拉曼活性均相近;二重立体三角双锥构型2(2)、四重立体三角双锥构型1(4)的红外特征振动最高峰以及二重平面非对称构型4(2)、四重立体戴帽三角锥构型3(4)的拉曼特征振动最高峰均发生了红移现象;团簇NiPS3的红外活性受其几何形态的影响,拉曼活性受其极化率张量大小的影响。  相似文献

Reconstruction of temperature series of China for the last 1000 years   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
This paper reports a study on reconstructing temperature series for ten regions of China over the last 1000 years with a time resolution of 10 a. The regions concerned are: Northeast, North, East, South China, Taiwan, Central, Southwest, Northwest China, Xinjiang and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. A variety of proxy data, such as ice core, tree-rings, stalagmites, peat, lake sediments, pollen and historical records, were validated with instrumental observations made in the last 120 years, and applied in the recon- struction of the temperature series. A temperature series for whole China is then established by aver- aging the ten regional series with a weighting proportional to the area of each region. Finally, tem- perature variations for the last 1000 years are examined, with special focus placed on the characteris- tics of the Medieval Warm Period (MWP), the Little Ice Age (LIA), and Modern Warming (MW).  相似文献

We report on a demonstration of top-gated graphene field-effect transistors(FETs) fabricated on epitaxial SiC substrate.Composite stacks,benzocyclobutene and atomic layer deposition Al2O3,are used as the gate dielectrics to maintain intrinsic carrier mobility of graphene.All graphene FETs exhibit n-type transistor characteristics and the drain current is nearly linear dependence on gate and drain voltages.Despite a low field-effect mobility of 40 cm2/(V s),a maximum cutoff frequency of 4.6 GHz and a maximum oscillation frequency of 1.5 GHz were obtained for the graphene devices with a gate length of 1 μm.  相似文献
