Without any preprocessing,polyester fabric has lower ability to hold on water and inks due to the smooth morphology of polyester fibers. Therefore, patterns directly printed with pigment inks have poor color yields and bleed easily. A polyacrylate emulsion containing sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as a stabilizer was mixed with cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(CTAC) and a cationic surfactant containing an oxide ethylene chain(OEMD-20),respectively.The results of experiment show that the mixtures of CTAC and PAE had higher conductivities than PAE;The mixtures of OEMD-20 had lower conductivities than PAE.  相似文献

Lyocell fibers are subject to fibrillate under wet conditions, which severely affects the appearance of this kind of fabrics. Cross-linking treatment is an important way to prevent fibrillation of lyocell fibers. In this study, two kinds of traditional N- hydroxymethyl crosslinking agents were used to treat lyocell fibers and the wet abrasion values of lyocell fibers were measured in a wet abrasion test. The results show the wet abrasion values of lyocell fibers increase with the increasing concentration of the cross-linking agents, which indicates the anti-fibrillation property of the treated fibers has been improved. But the mechanical properties of the treated fibers decreased in some extent. The FT-IR spectroscopy analysis shows that the lyocell fibers have cross-linked with cross-linking agents. The SEM analysis results show the fibers treated by 4% DMDHEU or 5%SECO have good anti-fibrillation properties.  相似文献

Waterborne nanoscale carbon black dispersion (NCBD) was widely used in inkjet printing, spun.dyeing fibers and coloration fabrics. In this paper, NCBD was prepared using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as dispersant. Effects of CMC viscosity, ultrasonic time and oxidation with hydrogen peroxide on carbon black (CB) particle size were discussed. The results showed that CB particle size decreased by mechanical agitation while it Increased by ultrasonic with the increase of CMC viscosity. Uitrasonk is a more effective method to disperse CB particles than that of mechanical agitation. CB particle size lbviously decreased with itcreasing ultrasonic time and arrived at about 160 nm for 60min.In addition,oxidation with 2 mol/L of H2O2 and 0.2wt% of CMC300 reduced CB particle size to 160nm at 90℃ for 2.5h.  相似文献

利用微射流制备水性阳离子超细涂料体系,研究不同疏水链结构的季铵盐阳离子分散剂对超细涂料体系的性能影响.结果表明,微射流处理30min平均粒径可达200nm且分布均匀,Zeta电位接近50mV.疏水链为十四烷基时离心稳定性最高可以达到75%,Zeta电位随着疏水链的增加而升高,粒径和黏度在达到饱和吸附之后则变化不大.  相似文献
