基于机器视觉缺陷检测的实践教学平台研究

目的构建一个能够模拟工业现实环境的机器视觉缺陷检测软件平台,用于工业自动化和计算机图像学的教学工作,便于学生掌握工业机器视觉系统的基本原理及处理流程,掌握数字图像的各种算法及其应用场景。方法在对机器视觉缺陷检测系统需求进行分析的基础上,使用Python 2.75和Opencv 2.4构建系统的软件模块。结果与结论该平台能够实现相机配制、图像获取、图像标定、图像处理、分析统计等工业缺陷检测全过程,并将计算机图像的相关理论教学融于实践教学过程,对于提高学生课堂的互动性、激发学习兴趣、掌握各种图像处理算法有着重要意义。     

Evaluation of Image-Analysis-Based Drape Tester

The performance of image-analysis-based drape tester is studied by analyzing the testing results. The accelerating and decelerating method is used to make the initial testing condition same before draping. A feature vector is proposed to describe the drapeability of fabrics comprehensively. Moreover, the exponential relationship curves between drape coefficient and rotating speed are obtained from the drape tester to describe the dynamic drapeability. Finally, the stability of tested results of image-analysis-based system is studied.     

MEASURING THE IMPURITIES AND NEPS ON COTTON GRAY GOODS BY IMAGE ANALYSIS

In this paper, a test system was developed in which a CCD camera was used as a sensor together with an IBM-AT-compatible computer with an Intel 80486 processor to measure the impurities and neps on a piece of cotton gray goods, and a method was proposed by which the differences of degree of gray between samples and interference caused by surface unevenness, creasing and the like within a test sample can be removed effectively. The whole test system is reliable, accurate and causing fewer subjective errors.     

Measurement of Wool Fiber Diameter by Image Analysis

Fiber diameter is the most important raw wool property determining price, processing potential and end use. In this paper, a digital - image- processing algorithm is described for automatically measuring the diameters of wool fibers from microscope images. Experiment result shows that the system is fast, reliable and accurate.

埋入SiO2薄膜中纳米Si的Raman散射和室温可见光致发光

1990年英国人Canham报道的多孔硅室温可见光致发光,显示了Si材料在光电子技术方面的潜力,这为全Si光电子电路的实现带来了曙光,使人们受到了极大鼓舞.近几年人们对多孔Si的研究已经非常深入,尽管目前还没有统一的模型能解释全部实验结果,但是可以肯定的是,从扫描隧道电镜观察到多孔Si是具有2～5nm尺寸的纳米微粒,这种低维的纳米微粒是获得可见光发射的主要原因.目前多孔Si多用湿法制备,性能不稳定,电接触方面存在困难,严重限制了它的应用.因此,探索制备有纳米结构的Si及Si基合金以获得强的可见光发射,具有极重要的意义.

图象分析织物动静态县垂测试仪测试结果的评价

对用伞式法设计的图象分析织物动静态悬垂测试系统的测试结果进行了分析。该测试系统采用了升速降速法作为测试的初始条件,并对50多种试样进行实际的测试,对测试结果的稳定性与YG811测试仪器作了对比,并对两套系统测试结果作了线形相关分析。根据采样测得的悬垂系数和转速变化的一系列数据,得到了织物悬垂系数随转速变化的指数方程。     

Development of a Drape-Tester by Image Analysis

An instrument is developed to measure the dynamic andstatic fabric drapability by the technology of image analy-sis.
