温度和应变率对拉伸载荷下记忆合金本构关系的影响

用于高温Split Hopkinson Bar(SHB)试验的新型快速加热电炉，可在1min左右将试件加热至500度，最高可加热至1000度，且金属材料和非金属材料均可加热，在20－800度和0．00208－350s^-1范围内研究了温度和变率对拉伸载荷下铁基形状记忆合金本构关系的影响，结果表明，随着应变率提高，材料强度提高，延伸率降低，材料强度，延伸率及应变率敏感性随温度升高而降低。

Analysis of the Ecological and Toxicological Properties of Dyes with Reference to Safety Data Sheet

In recent years,the public awareness and concern forthe environment has increased significantly.This has re-sulted in tougher legislation and more stringent standardsfor the industry to comply.In the past,the cost,fast-ness properties and colour yield were the prime consider-ations when dyeing systems were to be selected.Today,special emphasis is also laid on the environmental prop-erties of the dyes.In this paper,the various ecologicaland toxicological properties from safety data sheet of dif-ferent dye classes were studied so as to assess the impactof the textile dyeing effluent on the environment qualita-tively and quantitatively.The results showed that eachdye class produces waste of vastly differing quantities and characteristics.Moreover,the variability of the pollu-tion parameters within each dye class was found to be very large,thus it was believed that substituting dyes of lower degree of pollution to the environment can be aneffective means to reduce the degree of pollution of the dyeing efflue

JWA参与调控细胞分化的结构和功能

为阐明新基因JWA的结构特征、表达调节规律和生物学功能，通过基因重组和测序，确定了大鼠JWA同源基因和人JWA基因621bp的启动子序列；用RT－PCR法，分析了培养细胞株和原代白血病细胞经药物处理后JWA mRNA的表达情况，发现TPA处理后JWAmRNA水平在肿瘤细胞株与非肿瘤细胞株中呈反向变化：用维甲酸治疗前的M3型白血病人骨髓白细胞，其JWA基因对多种诱导分化剂处理不敏感；而用维甲酸治疗10d后再用诱导分化剂处理，则JWA基因的转录水平均被下调，提示M3型白血病细胞在ATRA作用下的分化可能是启动JWA信号转导通路的前提。而JWA基因的表达下调是否为白血病细胞进一步分化及4HPR，As2O3和TPA等诱导细胞凋亡所必需，值得进一步探讨。JWA基因在不同种属中保持较为稳定的序列特征，说明该基因在生物进化中可能较保守并可能具有相近的生物学功能。     

具有抗艾滋病毒活性的多肽T22([T_(yr)~(5,12),L_(ys)~7]-Polyphemusin Ⅱ)骨架构象模拟

用势能平滑搜索方法，在平滑修饰的势能面上对具有抗艾滋病毒ＨＩＶ－ｌ活性的肽Ｔ２２（［Ｔ５，１２yr,Ｌ７yr］－ＰｏｌｙＰｈｅｍｕｓｉｎ Ⅱ）骨架结构进行了全程搜索，得到该分子骨架结构在修饰势能面上的分子构象全集．用多构象优化方法，选择较适用于肽ＯＰＬＳ力场，采用ＧＢ／ＳＡ水溶剂模型，优化上述构象集，得到Ｔ２２骨架结构在水溶液中优势构象集．结果表明势能平滑搜索与多构象优化相结合的构象分析方法是解决含有环结构的柔性分子构象分析中多重最小问题的有效方法．
