鸡蛋蛋白质水解多肽分子量分布的研究

采用超滤法结合凝胶过滤色谱法，测定了鸡蛋蛋白水解产物肽分子量的分布情况，结果表明：鸡蛋蛋白质水解多肽分子量是连续分布的，分子量1000以下占66．57％，分子量1000－2000之间占3．42％，分子量2000－4000之间占6．28％，分子量4000－10000之间占7．73％，分子量10000以上占16．00％。     

中国黑白花优良种公牛精子透明质酸酶的分离纯化及部分性质研究

中国黑白花优良种公牛精子透明质酸酶经硫酸铵分级沉淀和 Sephadex 柱层析分离纯化,得到一个电泳纯品,活力纯化40倍.用 sephadexG-150凝胶过滤和 SDS—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测得分子量为65000.该酶的最适 pH 为3.5～4.5,最适温度为37℃～45℃,在室温下较稳定,用 Limeweaver-Burk 作图法求得 Km 值为6.06×10~(-4)mol/L.

Query through heterogeneous ontologies using association matrix

This paper introduces the definition and calculation of the association matrix between ontologies, h uses the association matrix to describe the relations between concepls ill different ontologics and uses concept vectors to represent queries; then computes the vectors with the association matrix in order to rewrite queries, This paper proposes a simple method of querying through heterogeneous Ontology using association matrix. This method is based on the correctness of approximate information filtering theory; and it is simple to be implemented and expected to run quite fast.     

Improving the precision of the keyword-matching pornographic text filtering method using a hybrid model

With the flooding of pornographic information on the Internet, how to keep people away from that offensive information is becoming one of the most important research areas in network information security. Some applications which can block or filter such information are used. Approaches in those systems can be roughly classified into two kinds: metadata based and content based. With the development of distributed technologies, content based filtering technologies will play a more and more important role in filtering systems. Keyword matching is a content based method used widely in harmful text filtering. Experiments to evaluate the recall and precision of the method showed that the precision of the method is not satisfactory, though the recall of the method is rather high. According to the results, a new pornographic text filtering model based on reconfirming is put forward. Experiments showed that the model is practical, has less loss of recall than the single keyword matching method, and has higher precision.     

贝叶斯方法在垃圾邮件过滤中的应用

基于内容的垃圾邮件过滤方法是垃圾邮件过滤方法的一个重要分支,由于其高准确率,朴素贝叶斯算法更在基于内容的过滤方法中占了一席之地。本文介绍了贝叶斯算法的基本原理及其在邮件过滤中的应用,并写出了其监督训练过程和邮件过滤具体过程,做出了全部过程的进程图。提出了笔者自己的一点想法,建立用户个人邮件训练集可能会更一步增加垃圾邮件过滤的正确度与召回率。     

天然气用纤维过滤器非稳态性能实验研究

针对天然气工业特点,设计了一套滤芯性能在线检测装置,采用光学粒子计数器OPC对过滤器上、下游粉尘的浓度和粒径分布进行适时测量.使用多分散性粉尘,在实验室内测试了天然气用纤维过滤器的非稳态性能,以及各种操作参数对其性能的影响规律.实验结果表明,纤维过滤器的过滤效率和阻力均随粉尘负荷的增加而增加,根据其变化趋势可分为深层过滤和滤饼过滤两个阶段.过滤速度过高容易导致大粒子穿透,从而使效率下降,纤维过滤器的表观过滤速度应低于0.06 m/s;相对湿度和滤材厚度的增加有利于增大过滤效率,但也会导致阻力的迅速增加.     

分层次教学——第二语言习得理论在英语教学中的应用

第二语言习得理论指出导致语言习得的两大原因是可被理解的语言输入和习得者对输入的开放程度,即"情感过滤"。目前高职高专学生英语水平参差不齐,培养目标多种多样,分层次教学刚好可以为起点不同,目标不同的学生解决在第二语言习得中碰到的问题,使课堂教学也成为语言习得的良好的环境,消除学习障碍,激发学习热情。     

储存喷气燃料中悬浮物的组成分析及过滤处理方法研究

通过水洗过滤的方法富集了部分储存喷气燃料中产生的悬浮物,采用常规理化分析、X射线能谱(EDS)、原子发射光谱(AES)、红外光谱(IR)等手段分析了储存喷气燃料中悬浮物的成分和成因,并对储存喷气燃料中悬浮物的处理方法进行了探讨.研究结果表明,储存喷气燃料中的悬浮物主要为由碳、氧、铝、硅、钠、铁等元素组成的化合物的混合物,其中脱除有机成分后所剩余的固体部分主要为硅、氧化合物即尘土等小颗粒污染物;储存喷气燃料中悬浮物可通过采用适当精度的过滤器除去,过滤效果随过滤器精度的提高而提高.
