支持语义验证的卫星网络仿真框架研究

为保证卫星网络仿真异构模型和服务的可重用性和互操作性,支持仿真的正确性验证,使用基于本体的集成工具Protégé和推理机Pellet建立了支持语义的卫星网络仿真框架.在分析支持语义的仿真验证概念基础上,明确了卫星网络集成仿真框架的实现目标,并提出仿真框架三维视图.针对卫星网络覆盖特性仿真任务,根据仿真框架生成的一致性仿真实例,开发了仿真应用并给出仿真分析结果,证明仿真框架可以保证仿真应用的语义正确性.

叠词是一种能够表达多种语义色彩的语言现象.因此,准确、恰当、自然而巧妙地使用叠词,既可以使语言显得生动活泼,也有助于理解.通过对日语叠词的定义、研究现状以及叠词结构在语言表达过程中的作用等进行整理和分析,以期全面把握叠词的语言特点及含义,进而达到提高语言理解能力和表达能力的效果.     

Effect of chlorine doping on the structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties of spray deposited CdS thin films

CdS and chlorine doped CdS(CdS:Cl) thin films with different Cl-doping levels(0,2,4,6 and 8 at%) have been deposited on glass substrates by a spray pyrolysis technique using a perfume atomizer.The effect of Cl doping on the structural,morphological,optical and electrical properties of the films was investigated.XRD patterns revealed that all the films exhibit hexagonal crystal structure with a preferential orientation along the(0 0 2) plane irrespective of the Cl doping level.The particle size value decreases from 22.03 nm to 18.12 nm with increase in Cl concentration.Optical band gap is blue-shifted from 2.48 eV to 2.73 eV with increase in Cl doping concentration.All the films have resistivity in the order of 10~4 Ω cm.The obtained results confirm that chlorine as an anionic dopant material can enhance the physical properties of CdS thin films to a large extent.     

Effects of Radial-Orientation-Die Structure Parameters on Properties of Short Fiber and Rubber Composite Material

The radial-orientation-die has special structure to make short fibers get radial orientation in rubber matrix during extrusion process,which means the physical and mechanical properties of short fiber and rubber composite material will be influenced by the die different structures. The effects of radial-orientation-die structure parameters on properties of short fiber and rubber composite were studied experimentally by different structure parameters, including expansion ratio, expansion angle, dam clearance, molding channel length, convergence angle, and transition channel length. The experimental results indicated that short fiber and rubber composite could get good properties with optimized radial-orientation-die structure parameter. And the optimized structure parameters are that expansion ratio is about 5with an expansion angle of 150°,dam clearance is about 4 mm,molding channel length is about 50 mm,convergence angle is about120°,and transition channel length is about 30 mm. Accordingly,the physical and mechanical properties of the composite can be remarkably improved,which give an obvious anisotropy.     

实时语义图像分割模型研究

为了实现快速语义图像分割,提出一种简化整合模型.首先,对频域视觉注意模型PQFT的四元数图像虚部系数进行简化改进.然后,将改进PQFT模型的显著图与简化PCNN的内部活动项结合起来对显著目标区域进行粗略定位,并以提出的显著目标区域均值的3/2倍进行精细分割.最后,根据"尺寸变化与否"准则判断输出正确的语义图像分割结果.实验结果表明,提出的整合模型具有实时性,且取得的AUC值和F值较原PQFT模型分别提高了29.9%和44.2%.
