生物体衰老的部分生化机理

本文从一些研究事实出发，阐明了影响生物体衰老的部分生化基础。即：（１）生物体衰老时体内超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性下降，过氧化物酶活性升高，这三种酶能有效清除体内自由基，具有抗衰老作用；（２）生物体衰老时体内生成过量的活性氧自由基，它对细胞的膜脂过氧化作用及其对生物大分子的破坏作用加速了衰老的进程；（３）生物体衰老时其遗传物质ＤＮＡ的损伤修复能力下降，ＤＮＡ、ＲＮＡ的含量降低，使得体内蛋白质等生长物质的合成代谢减弱、分解代谢加强，同化与异化代谢失衡     

民俗与中国人的衣食住行

作为文化民族基础的民俗,在各个历史阶段中都起到维系文化系统的作用,发挥着它的文化功能。历史的进展表明,民俗在影响文化人格、规范文化行为的同时,也在创造物质文化财富中产生了带有类型性的文化成果——习俗。习俗直接影响着人们的衣、食、住、行,调节着人们的生活。今天,我们对传统习俗已经作了一定的扬弃,但它作为中华民族的传统文化,批判地加以继承,仍然有其深远的历史意义和迫切的现实意义。

从分析高寒旱小杂粮区生态特点及农业生产存在的问题入手,论述了高寒旱小杂粮区保护性耕作技术模式的形成与特点,提出“三年一耕,轮作倒茬”是高寒旱小杂粮区保护环境、发展可持续农业的有效途径。     

DEVELOPMENT OF AN APPARATUS FOR MEASURING HEAT TRANSFER PROPERTIES OF CLOTHING MATERIALS

In this paper an apparatus for measuring heat transfer properties of clothing materials is re-ported.In comparison with the similar device based on constant temperature method and em-ploying a hot plate,the characteristics of this apparatus are as follows.(1)By using microcomputer as its testing control and data processing center,the testingfunction is strengthened,while much more information can be achieved.(2)By using numerical PID control technique supported with software,the informationabout the transient heat transfer properties of clothing materials can be obtained,while the costlowered.In this paper a brief evaluation of the apparatus is also reported.It shows that its accuracyand repeatability reaches the level of similar commercial device,so to some extent the apparatusis practical.     

Acclimatization effect on the evening fall in core temperature under the influence of two types of clothing

This paper reports the effect of acclimatization on the evening fall in core temperature under the influence of two different types of clothing. Two groups of subjects dressed in either knee-length skirts or full trousers during the daytime for the three months from April to June. To compare the circadian rhythm of core temperature, the experiments were carried out before and after the three month program of acclimatization. It was found that the subjects who had worn knee-length skirts showed lower rectal temperatures during the nighttime and a bigger amplitude of circadian rhythm in July than in March.     

IN RELATION TO CLOTHING COMFORT DYNAMIC MOISTURE TRANSFER THROUGH FABRICS

A sweating apparatus has been developed to permit simultaneous measurement for fabric temperature change and relative humidity change at outer still air layer of fabrics. In this paper, we compared the temperature and relative humidity changes for silk fabrics with polyester fabrics and got GM(1,P) relation models respectively between maximum fabric temperature change, maximum relative humidity change at outer still air layer and relative fabric character parameters. Furthermore, by comparing the objective experiments with subjective wear trials, it is found that the amounts of the change rate of fabric temperature and relative humidity at outer still layer are the most important factors which influence clothing comfort in dynamic moisture transfer condition. The more the changes of temperature and R.H., the more the mugginess and the thermal sensation.
