基于“点—轴”理论的“平—罗”高速公路经济带空间结构研究

＂点—轴系统＂理论对区域经济开发来说具有非常重要的理论价值和实践价值,高速公路经济带是区域经济发展的物流中枢。文章在分析＂平—罗＂高速公路经济带空间结构及文山州内交通物流系统现状的基础上,以＂点—轴系统＂理论为基础,结合＂平—罗＂高速公路经济带空间结构,确定区域经济新增长极,论证＂平—罗＂高速公路成为区域增长轴的可能,并重点利用增长轴将以＂点＂为中心的＂面＂即各级区域经济系统空间网络化,构建＂点＂、＂轴＂、＂面＂相结合的文山州＂通道经济＂体系,从而优化＂平—罗＂高速公路经济带空间结构,实现文山州＂通道经济＂的快速可持续发展。     

金线莲多糖抗衰老作用及其机制

考察金线莲多糖抗衰老作用及其机制.每天给小鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖溶液(40 mg·kg^-1)诱导其衰老,同时灌胃给予金线莲多糖(100,200,300 mg·kg^-1)或维生素E(200 mg·kg^-1)进行治疗,以维生素E治疗组为阳性对照.6周后对小鼠进行行为学测试,8周后检测小鼠的大脑皮层p-NF-κB p65表达,以及大脑皮层过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶及血清总抗氧化能力活性和丙二醛浓度,并检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬情况.结果表明:与衰老小鼠相比较,经金线莲多糖治疗后,小鼠的抗氧化酶活性显著提高,其大脑皮层p-NF-κB p65表达下调,且运动、空间探索和学习记忆能力明显改善;同时,金线莲多糖能增强衰老小鼠清除抗原的能力;金线莲多糖抗衰老作用与其抗氧化、抑制NF-κB信号通路、增强衰老小鼠免疫能力有关.     

环二鸟苷酸对细菌运动调控的研究进展

细菌中的第二信使环二鸟苷酸(c-di-GMP)对细菌的运动性有调节作用.c-di-GMP调控鞭毛的生物合成、菌毛形成和菌毛蛋白的组成,以及其他一些与运动相关的蛋白的合成.细菌的运动性与其毒力、致病性、粘附性、趋化性、生物膜组成等密切相关.在革兰氏阴性细菌中,关于c-di-GMP的信号通路的研究较为清晰,而在革兰氏阳性细菌中,关于该信号转导通路的研究较少.此外,有关c-di-GMP的信号通路的研究主要集中在病原菌.该文主要综述了一些常见病原菌中c-di-GMP对其运动性的调控机制,为研究其他细菌c-di-GMP信号通路提供思路.     

The pathway of the interdecadal variability in the Pacific Ocean

Cases of the interdecadal variability in the Pacific Ocean and their evolution were examined in the paper with the statistic methods (CEOF and composite analysis) over the period of 1950–1993. Observations of oceanic temperatures in the upper 400 m revealed an obvious region of the interdecadal signals in the central North Pacific. Such signals propagated southwestward, then subducted to the subtropics. The hypothesized link for interdecadal oceanic variability between the subtropics and the tropics, especially with the western tropical Pacific was unraveled in order to detect the cause of decadal signals in the tropics. The thermal anomalies subducted in the central North Pacific east to the dateline only reach 18°N. There has been no further southward propagation since then due to a certain barrier. The origin of the interdecadal signals in the western tropical Pacific was traced to the southern tropical Pacific. There is a meridional pathway around the dateline where the signals were loaded. These variabilities were in the nature of the thermocline circulation.     

Enhancement of T cell immune response to lymphoma cells by CD28/CD80 alternative pathway

The aim of this study is to determine whether myeloma and lymphoma tumor cells can function as efficient antigen presenting cells (APC) to enhance the co-stimulation of T cells. The expression and function of T cell activation-related molecules, especially CD80, CD28, CD40 and CD40 ligand (CD40L), were studied on nine human myeloma cell lines (HMCL) and two B lymphoma cell lines. In the case of myeloma cell lines, the cells generally lacked CD80 antigen and expressed a heterogeneous CD40, and the expressions of CD40 and CD80 molecules could not be induced by either CD28 stimulation or CD40 ligation. Conversely, in the two B lymphoma cell lines, tumor cells expressed both CD80 and CD40 to some extent. CD28 stimulation could obviously increase the expression of CD80, CD40 and some adhesion molecules, and therefore generate a more efficient anti- tumor cell immunity. In conclusion, CD28 stimulation combined with CD40 antibody or soluble CD40 ligand may be a promising immunotherapeutic approach to B lymphoma.     

人Delta-like4ext-26-217蛋白原核表达载体的构建及表达

构建人Delta-like4ext-26-217原核表达载体并表达。采用PCR方法扩增hDll4ext-26-217多核苷酸序列,克隆入pMD18T载体。测序正确后,将其亚克隆入pET32a( )原核表达载体,获得pET32a( )-hDll4ext-26-217载体。以该载体转化E.coli菌株BL21,IPTG诱导其表达。采用SDS-PAGE、Western Blot方法鉴定目的蛋白的表达。结果表明,采用SDS-PAGE,Western Blot等方法均可检测到目的蛋白TRX/hDll4ext -26-217,分子量约42.2 KD,主要以包涵体形式大量存在。以上结果为Detla-like4功能的进一步研究奠定了基础。

卵巢癌转移相关基因及其信号传导途径

卵巢癌转移是一个复杂的过程。这些过程与粘附、降解、运动等行为密切相关,涉及到很多分子的变化,包括相关黏附分子、蛋白水解酶、趋化因子、血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）等。随着研究的深入,对卵巢癌转移相关的基因及其信号传导途径有了更多的了解,这些成果也为临床实践提供了机会。     

人心脏发育候选基因hole在MAPK信号传导途径中的作用

MAPK信号传导途径是存在于真核细胞中的最广泛的一种调节机制,它与心血管的发育、心肌肥大等心脏疾病的发生有着密切的关系。利用荧光素酶的活性分析讨论人hole基因在MAPK信号途径中的作用。实验表明,COS-7细胞中过表达hole蛋白能够强烈抑制MAPK信号途径的2个下游转录因子AP-1和SRE的转录活性。hole的突变体报道基因分析表明,hole基因可能是通过其N′端的ERK结合区和C′端的多聚脯氨酸序列来行使其抑制作用的。研究表明,该基因可能通过参与MAPK信号途径而在心脏发育的过程中起作用。
