关于对区域旅游联合开发的几点思考

随着现代旅游业的竞争和发展，旅游区域联合开发的趋势日益明显，按照旅游业发展的水平，将区域联合开发分为三种形式：一种是强强联合，即旅游业相对发达地区的联合；一种是强弱联合，即相对发达地区与相对不发达地区的联合；第三种是弱弱联合，即旅游发展落后地区的相互联合。同时还对区域旅游联合开发的重要意义和开发原则进行了阐述。     

机械施工对沥青路面平整度的影响

从基层平整度、热拌沥青混合料、碾压工艺、摊铺、接缝处理等方面分析了机械施工对路面平整度的影响，并指出了施工中应注意的相关问题，这对保证沥青路面的平整度有一定的指导作用。     

在AutoCAD中使用VB识别管网信息的实现

文章提出了一种在AutoCAD中自动识别管网信息的方法,通过遍历管网内各管段在环内的相对位置来识别每环中的各个管段,同时给出了具体的实现过程。该方法在管网平差和管网优化的编程中,可由程序自动判别及自动生成管网信息数据,免去输入繁琐的管网信息,避免了手工输入可能出现的错误,提高了实际工作效率。     

Predicting the Maximum Load of Reinforced-Concrete Pipe Columns

To simplify the calculation of the maximum load at which instability occurs for reinforced-concrete pipe columns under eccentric compression, a method based on the transformed cross-sectional area of the column and the concrete secant modulus of elasticity is proposed, consisting of an iterative process in which a sequence of lateral deflections is at column mid-height. The method assumes the deflected shape of the column as a half cosine wave. Analytical results were compared with experimental values obtained from 16 reinforced-concrete pipe columns. Using deflection at column mid-height recorded during the loading process, a typical load-deflection curve can be plotted and used to describe column behavior. The experimental results demonstrate that the failure of concrete columns is a process. The starting point is the cracking load point, when cracks are initiated in the concrete of the tensile zone of the critical cross-section of specimens. The maximum load point is the top of the failure process, and then the maximum bending moment occurs. The first point represents instability while the second one corresponds to the strength failure of the columns. The experimental results are close to the analytical values. The method is simple and can be used for stability analysis of reinforced-concrete pipe columns.     

The Studies of the Welding Processes and Procedures on the West-East Pipeline Project

The West-East pipeline project attracted the attention from all over the world for its long distance, huge diameter, complex geographic conditions, and diversified welding techniques being applied. In this paper the detail welding process and procedures used in the project are discussed and the distinguished achievements on welding techniques of China pipeline construction are described.     

静态燃烧合成陶瓷涂层技术及其应用研究

磨蚀是一种常见的材料失效形式 ,陶瓷涂层技术是解决磨蚀问题的重要途径之一。介绍了燃烧合成涂层技术的原理及制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管的工艺 ,同时对涂层的结构、组成及性能进行了研究。采用静态燃烧合成表面涂层技术制备了陶瓷内衬复合钢管及弯头 ,其涂层主要由主晶相α Al2 O3 及铁铝尖晶石相、莫来石相组成。反应体系中的添加剂SiO2 可以有效地提高熔体的流动性 ,使陶瓷的凝固、结晶过程得到进一步控制 ,有助于减少孔隙及提高陶瓷涂层的致密度。现场应用试验表明这种涂层具有较好的耐磨蚀性能 ,可大大延长设备的使用寿命。     

S型电气绝缘节的建模与分析

S型电气绝缘节是一个小参数和分布参数电路,为了分析S型绝缘节对无绝缘轨道电路中信号传输的影响,运用电路理论的支路电流法讨论了其数学模型的建立与仿真算法的实现,给出了绝缘节的输入阻抗、电压传输和电压隔离特性曲线,并分析了绝缘节的选频能力以及在绝缘节内分路时对轨道电路接收性能的影响。其各种数字仿真结果与实物测试结果具有相近的变化趋势。结果表明:S型绝缘节具有良好的选频性,且在S型电气隔离区段内无死区段,但有分路重迭区段。     

建筑排水设计中若干问题探讨

通过分析排水管排水过程的特点，比较了单立管系统和双立管系统。分析了UPVC管的排水特点和排水能力，对UPVC管在工程运用中存在的问题提出了相应对策。     

基于模糊函数的单步盲信号分离算法

基于模糊函数的分布特性提出了一种新的时频盲信号分离算法，利用信号模糊函数分布的对称性与居中性选取相应的时频点进行分析，与维纳时频分布相比可减小工作量，而且不需要设定闽值。算法利用一种非正交联合对角化方法求取分离矩阵，不需对观测信号进行预白化处理。仿真表明在原始信号具有互相关的情况下也能达到良好的分离性能。     

联合时频技术用于ISAR像综述

由于雷达回波的时变和频变特性,使得当基于FFT处理进行ISAR成像时,图像上存在许多扩展散射点和虚假响应,严重影响了图像质量,并对ISAR像的后续处理带来困难。而联合时频技术由于能有效处理时变信号,因而在提取ISAR运动补偿信息、瞬时(瞬频)成像、ISAR像后续处理及理解ISAR成像机理等方面有许多成功的应用,本文对此进行了较为系统的总结。
