浅谈机械故障诊断与排除

机械故障复杂多样，根据不同故障类型，采取相应诊断办法，可提高诊断效率。     

连铸小方坯的组织与性能研究

The hot cracking of the continuous casting bullit is connected with its macrostructure and mechanical property burnt. The macrostructure and the mechanical property of 0. 13 wt- %C continuous casting bullit was investigated. The results are as follows: 1) the classical representation of the casting bullit shows three distinct zones, a peripherial region of small equiaxed grains, a columnar zone, and a central equiaxed zone. The rapid increase of the under cooling layer thickness is the criterion of the transformation from the columnar zone to central equiaxed zone; 2) The hardness decreases with the reducing of the solidification speed; 3) The tensile strength decreases gradually from the peripherial equiaxed maximum principal strain zone to central equiaxed zone ,and increases with the drop of the temperature.

阐述了敏捷制造的概念及其内涵，指出中国制造业实施敏捷制造战略要解决的主要问题及关键技术。     

颗粒物质中熵力和组态熵的共振吸收力学谱研究

利用研制的切变波共振吸收力学谱仪测量了颗粒物质(种子、不锈钢珠)的共振吸收力学谱，发现系统的共振频率具有明显的切位移振幅效应，同时颗粒物质存在特征共振吸收峰。从这些结果，可以算出颗粒物质的熵力及熵能级差。     

制造模式变迁的动力机制及其特征分析

制造模式变迁过程受制于三类因素，即制造模式现有状态、制造模式的四大基本维度（技术与方法、文化、组织结构以及和谐管理)和外部环境中的随机涨落因素。该过程表现出非平衡相变、对称性破缺、分叉等特征。当新的制造模式形成时，其研发投入、文化、组织结构及其管理、知识调配都须有很大的变动和调整。     

PET-云母复合体系的双重Tg转变

本文用粘弹谱仪、x射线衍射、DSC研究了PET—云母复合物的Tg区域的多重转变等松驰转变行为,探讨了加工、云母填充对PET—云母材料性能影响的分子运动机理。不同热历史(如不同成型条件、热处理等)使聚合物分子形成不同链段运动;处于高温位的Tg(u)其运动单元是受结晶、内应力、填料作用影响的非晶区链段。     

A new model for the life prediction of GH4133 under TMF conditions

Thermal mechanical cyclic strain tests were carried out under in-phase and out-of-phase conditions on a Nickel-base Superalloy GH4133 in the temperature range of 571-823℃. Based on analyzing the present models of TMF (thermal mechanical fatigue) life prediction, a new model for predicting nickel-base superalloy TMF lifetime was proposed.TMF life of superalloy GH4133 was calculated accurately based on the new model. Experimental TMF life has been compared with the calculatedresults and all results fall in the scatter band of 1.5. The calculating results show that the new model is not only simple, but also precise. This model will play great roles in life prediction of the metal materials and the engineering components subjected to non-isothermal service conditions.     

三峡钢丝绳卷扬全平衡式垂直升船机机电耦合系统动力学仿真

建立三峡钢丝绳卷扬全平衡式垂直式升船机的双闭环调速电力拖动控制系统的模型和升船机各子结构的动力学模型，并通过刚性子结构法形成了整体动力学模型，运用MATLAB中的SIMULINK模块，将电力拖动控制系统与整体动力学模型耦合，采用Wilson-θ法求解瞬态响,对误载水深为＋20cm，承船厢低点位置上向上启动运动的正常工况进行了仿真分析。     

发展中国股市必须做到“一个坚持、三个反对”

中国股市为我国社会主义现代化建设和市场经济体制建设作出了不可磨灭的历史贡献，但目前已经陷入由制度设计失败和政策失误导致的危机之中，必须正视股市危机的现实；发展中国股市必须坚持从实际出发、实事求是的原则；必须反对左的思想和行为的干扰，反对生搬硬套、食洋不化的行为，反对官僚主义对完善股市制度建设和投资人利益的漠视。
