Joint Strength with Soldering of Al2O3 Ceramics After Ni-P Chemical Plating

Ni-P alloy was chemically plated on Al2O3 ceramics to produce uniform alloy coatings at temperatures below 70~C. Cu metal was electroplated onto the Ni-P coating to facilitate the soldering and shorten the chemical plating time. Then, the electroplated ceramic specimens were soldered with 60 wt.% Sn-40 wt.% Pb solder in active colophony. The highest shear strength was acquired after the heat treatment at 170℃ for 15 min. The joint fractures mostly propagated along the interface between the ceramics and the Ni-P coating, with some fracture in both the ceramics and the Ni-P coating near the interface and some along the interface between the Cu and Ni-P coatings. The results show that ceramic surface roughness and the chemical plating parameters influence the coating quality, and that suitable heat treatment before the soldering also improves the adhesion between the ceramics and Ni-P coatings, thus strengthening the joints.     

抽水引起岩土体内应力变化分析

针对开采地下水这一特定问题,以在抽水实践中地下水水位面是一以井心为顶点的旋转抛物面为出发点,研究了地下水开采过程中岩土体应力变化的时空规律。通过分析影响内部应力变化的宏观物理量—开采影响半径、井心水位下降和空间位置,可以方便的得到随着时间变化岩土体内部应力变化的全程规律。同时,分析了影响边界、下沉位置等因素对计算结果的影响。     

A ground‐level ozone forecasting model for Santiago,Chile

A physically based model for ground‐level ozone forecasting is evaluated for Santiago, Chile. The model predicts the daily peak ozone concentration, with the daily rise of air temperature as input variable; weekends and rainy days appear as interventions. This model was used to analyse historical data, using the Linear Transfer Function/Finite Impulse Response (LTF/FIR) formalism; the Simultaneous Transfer Function (STF) method was used to analyse several monitoring stations together. Model evaluation showed a good forecasting performance across stations—for low and high ozone impacts—with power of detection (POD) values between 70 and 100%, Heidke's Skill Scores between 40% and 70% and low false alarm rates (FAR). The model consistently outperforms a pure persistence forecast. Model performance was not sensitive to different implementation options. The model performance degrades for two‐ and three‐days ahead forecast, but is still acceptable for the purpose of developing an environmental warning system at Santiago. A 2500-year sea level change record in Fildes Peninsula, Antarctica

A detailed record of sea level changes during the last 2500 years is preserved in the northernwest coast of Fildes Peninsula in Antarctica. Fourteen marine alga layers were deposited in the beach with an altitude of 2.80 m, and one diatom layer deposited in the ancient lake on the terrace with an altitude of 6.84 m. A radiocarbon age of 695±70 aBP was obtained for the modern marine alga, and the age was used in correction for the carbon reservoir effect of the marine alga. Sea level fell 4.98 m from the 4th century B.C. to the early 13th century, at an average of -0.31 cm/a, then rose about 0.78 m during the early 13th to the middle 18th century, at an average of 0.14 cm/a. It has risen about 0.16 m since the middle 18th century, at an average of 0.07 cm/a.     

一种面向测试的RTL行为抽象与蕴含方法

针对寄存器传输级（register transfer level,RTL)行为的抽象，提出了一种层次化的带条件的表示，这种抽象的行为是面向测试的，它不仅表达简单，而且能很方便地进行蕴含操作，通过抽象，电路可以规范为行为集，并代替电路本身进行功能测试向量的生成，在测试生成过程中，大量地应用蕴含操作何以使其中的行为得到简化，并极大地提高了系统的效率。     

Finesse 全瓷冠适合性的体外实验研究

目的 :测量Finesse全瓷冠的边缘浮出量及粘固剂的厚度 ,并与金属全冠及金瓷全冠相比较 ,为Finesse全瓷冠的临床应用提供适合性方面的理论依据。方法 :用片切法测量 3组全冠粘固前、后边缘浮出量及粘固剂的厚度。结果 :Finesse全瓷冠粘固前、后的边缘浮出量分别为 (37 6 1± 9 13) μm、(6 5 85± 15 11) μm ,粘固剂厚度为 (40 84± 9 73) μm ,与金属全冠及金瓷全冠相比较 ,均无显著性差异 ;3组全冠粘固前和粘固后的边缘浮出量有显著性差异。结论 :Finesse全瓷冠适合性良好 ,完全可为临床应用 ;粘接对全冠修复体的边缘浮出量有影响。
