Cu~(2+)与三磺基四苯基啿卟啉配位反应研究

利用吸收光谱法和直流极谱法研究了Cu~(2+)的还原状态、抗坏态、抗坏血酸浓度及溶解氧对Cu~(2+)与三磺基四苯基卟啉配位反应的影响。结果表明Cu~(2+)与三磺基四苯(?)基四苯基卟啉配位反应的可能机制为抗坏血酸首先将高价铜还原为亚铜,亚铜离子与配位剂生成对氧成对氧敏感的不稳定中间体Cu~(Ⅰ)——三磺基四:苯基卟啉配合物,立即又被溶解氧氧化为Cu(Ⅱ)——Ⅱ)——三磺基四苯基卟啉配合物。     

基于小波域中视觉门限模型的数字水印技术

给出了一种在小波变换域中给图像加水印的方案,本方案利用了小波分析的优良性质,结合人类视觉系统（ＨＶＳ）的特性,基于小波变换域中的视觉门限模型,对小波变换后的图像系数按不同的方向,层次子带分别加水印,使得在每个小波系数所加的水印的幅值不超过此系数所能掩盖的失真,这样可以保证水印在不可视的前提下尽可能提高坚固性,模拟实验结果表明这个方案取得了良好的效果。     

Leakage of mantle helium from the Liaodong Peninsula, China

The isotopic cumpositions of helium have been investigated in hot spring gases sampled from the Liaodong Peninsula. China. The³He/⁴He ratios range from 0.14 Ra (0.14 times the atmospheric³He/⁴He ratio of 1.40 × 10^-6 to 0.72 Ra.³He/⁴He versus⁴He/²⁰Ne ratios and He contents suggest that a small amount of mantle-derived helium reaches the earth’s surface. Helium iwtope ratios of the hot spring gases show a distribution pattern similar to the regional heat flow values, indicating that the positive thermal anomaly occurring in the rtrea is closely associated with the presence of mantle-derived helium. The observations described above provide some significant evidence that the molten magma originating from partial melting of the upper mantle may have intruded into the continental crust along the activity fault. The coupling of the presence of mantle He and heat flow anomalies to seismic activity in studied region seem to imply that there is an internal relationship between mantle degassing and seismic activity.     

SrGa2S4:Ce blue TFEL in new structure

SrGa₂S₄: Ce blue TFEL device with a novel structure was prepared by electron beam evaporation. The dielectric constant of insulator layer in this structure is far less than that in the conventional structure, so the hot-electrons can be accelerated in SiO₂ layers. The stable TFEL with good chromaticity was achieved and the basic characteristics were investigated.     

Search for new antiphytovirucides

The lead compound of substituted 2-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazoles were modified by phosphorylation sulfonation and carboxymethylation. The benzimidazoloamidophosphate (6) (7) have better activity against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). The benzimidazolophenoxyacetic acid, phenoxysulfonic acid containing trifluoromethyl, and nitro group have 77%≈85% efficiency for wheat rust disease. Cloning and expression of the vp39 gene ofBombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus inE. coli

The nuclear capsid protein gene (vp39) ofBombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus (BmNPV) was amplified successfully by PCR technique and inserted into pGEM 3zf(+). The 5′ and 3′ terminal area of the amplified vp39 gene were sequenced with silver-staining dideoxy method. Bmvp39 gene was sub-cloned into the expression vector pRSET-A, and transformed intoE. coli BL21. This gene was highly expressed by IPTG induction. SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the expressed protein is about 38 kd, and the expressed amount reached maxium in 4 h with IPTG induction. 人性与人性平衡初探

人性是由生存欲、占有欲、性爱、情爱、责任心、义务感、同情心、怜悯心、惰性等多种要素组成的。人性诸要素之间的关系是互相平衡与互相制约的。这种平衡与制约遵循着四大规律：第一,人性要素的不可缺失性;第二,人性总体和总趋势平衡;第三,人性某个或某些要素扩张有一个“度”;第四,人性平衡是由简单到复杂、由低级到高级、由个别到普遍的发展过程。     

4种植物生长物质及温度胁迫对绿豆黄化幼苗肌醇磷脂代谢的影响

利用放射性标记和薄层层析（TIC）分离发现2,4－D,GA3和6－BA可不同程度地促进肌醇－1,4,5－三磷酸（IP3）水平的增加．在最适浓度下的作用效果是：GA3＞2,4－D＞6－BA．但脱落酸（ABA）没有引起IP3含量的变化．低温（0℃）和高温（35℃）胁迫亦引起IP3含量的增加．2,4－D,GA3,6－BA和温度胁迫的共同处理对IP3含量的增加有协同作用．表明2,4－D,GA3,6－BA和温度胁迫促进绿豆黄化幼苗肌醇磷脂代谢,ABA也许不参与绿豆黄化幼苗肌醇磷脂代谢．     

莲子叶蛋白体的类型,来源与发育

莲子叶于发育的１０￣２８ｄ,以不同速率在叶肉细胞中大量积累贮存蛋白,并以不同方式组装许多形态各异、结构不同的蛋白体。按其来源与发育的特点可分４种类型：①粗面球状蛋白体;②光面球状蛋白体;③杯状蛋白体;④淀粉蛋白体。发育顺序是①,②类先形成,③,④类后发生;②类的发育贯穿整个贮存蛋白的积累期,比较了莲与其他植物蛋白体的异同。
