海峡两岸民商事判决的相互承认与执行再探讨

海峡两岸实现＂大三通＂后,客观上要求实现判决自由流动,因此两岸有必要建立一个有利于判决承认与执行的新机制。本文分析了海峡两岸民商事判决的相互承认与执行的现状及存在的问题,认为理想的模式是在＂一国两制＂基础上通过平等协商达成民商事判决的相互承认与执行的司法协助协议。     

低价钛试剂促进下苯并咪唑并[1,2-c]喹唑啉衍生物的合成

在低价钛试剂促进下,以2-（2-硝基苯基）苯并咪唑和碳酸二三氯甲酯为原料,经过串联还原偶联反应,一步合成了一系列苯并咪唑并[1,2-c]喹唑啉-6（5 H）-酮衍生物.产物结构通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析确证.     

Preparation, structure, and properties of polyurethane foams modified by nanoscale titanium dioxide with three different dimensions

TiO2-based nanosheets (TiNSs), TiO2-based nanotubes (TiNTs) were prepared by hydrothermal processing, and polyurethane foams with TiO2 nanopowders (P25), TiNSs and TiNTs were synthesized by free-rising foaming method. The Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra show that the addition of titanium dioxide does not affect the chemical structure of polyurethane foam. However, microscope observations show that PU/TiNSs composite foams have more uniform cells and the average aperture smaller than that of pure poly-urethane foams. According to the results of thermal analysis, the PU/TiNSs composite foams have better thermal stability, the temperature of decompostion occurring with a maximum weight loss rate is about 30 ℃ higher than that of pure PU foams. The decompostion temperatures are 167 ℃ and 148 ℃ for the PU/P25 composite foams and the PU/TiNTs composite foams respectively, which are lower than that of pure PU foams. Moreover, with the addition of the fillers, the sound absorption property also has changed; the addition of TiNSs improved the sound absorbing property efficiently. The better thermal stability and sound absorption of PU/TiNSs composite foams are mainly due to the uniform cells diffuse and smaller aperture.     

浅析外资银行的进入对我国商业银行带来的冲击及对策

介绍了外资银行进入我国的3个阶段及具体入驻情况,分析了外资银行对我国商业银行带来的竞争压力,包括中间业务、个人理财业务、信用卡业务几方面的竞争,从改善外部环境、深化内部改革两个方面提出我国商业银行应采取的应对措施。     

铁素体基Ti-Mo微合金钢超细碳化物析出规律

利用光学显微镜、透射电镜和能谱分析等方法对两种不同Ti含量的铁素体基Ti--Mo微合金钢中析出相的尺寸、分布特征、析出规律和成分进行了研究.结果表明:钢中绝大多数析出相为超细碳化物,尺寸小于10 nm,析出相尺寸呈正态分布.随着Ti质量分数由0.072%增到0.092%,析出粒子平均尺寸增大,分布峰值向粒子尺寸增大的方向移动.Ti--Mo微合金钢具有栅格状的相间析出方式,栅格间距受冷速的影响较大,晶内和靠近晶界处的栅格间距不同.能谱分析发现,不同尺寸的粒子Mo含量不同,较大颗粒(50 nm左右)析出相中不含Mo,小颗粒(20 nm)中碳化物是Ti和Mo的复合析出相,且随着粒子尺寸的减小,成分中Mo所占比重增大.     

Density and structure of undercooled liquid titanium

For liquid Ti, it is difficult to achieve high undercooling because of its chemical reactivity; as a result, there is little information available on its properties and structure in the undercooled state. In this study, we investigate the density and structure, using molecular dynamics method, for the undercooling and superheating ranges 0-743 K and 0-457 K. The density increases quadratically for undercooling. At the melting temperature, the density is 4.14 g/cm3, and first and second temperature coefficients are obtained. The pair correlation functions and coordination numbers indicate that the short range degree of order becomes increasingly significant with increasing undercooling.     

商业银行不良资产的主观成因及对策初探

随着我国金融业的对外开放及发展,国有商业银行的不良资产问题已成为束缚各家国有商业银行持续发展的瓶颈,进而对国民经济的健康稳步发展产生影响.通过对不良资产主观成因的分析,提出若干切实可行的化解不良资产的对策以积极防范金融风险.     

烷氧基钛水解制备TiO_2超细粒子 Ⅱ.水解反应动力学及粒子形成

测定了烷氧基钛水解成核的诱导时间,研究了水解反应形成TiO_2超细粒子的机理,及溶剂和反应底物对水解反应机理的影响规律。导出了丁氧基钛在醇溶剂中的水解反应速率方程与对应的水解和聚结反应历程该机理同实验结果相吻合。     

金属有机化合物化学气相淀积含钛硬质涂层的过程研究

在垂直冷壁CVD反应器中进行了文题的探索性研究。以二乙胺基钛(Ti(NEt_2)_4)为源,在不锈钢或硬质合金基体上完成了氮化钛(TiN)和碳氮化钛(Ti(C,N))硬质薄膜低温下的淀积。发现(TiN)和(Ti(C,N))分别在773K和973K下形成;在操作范围内整个反应器流场由自由对流控制;反应过程由表面过程控制;反应活化能为235 kJ/mol;二乙胺基钛反应级数为1级。进行了热力学计算,提出了反应历程假设。结果表明:用二乙胺基钛进行MOCVD淀积含钛硬质薄膜可以降低温度,以扩大基体的选用范围,为获得硬质薄膜提供了一条新的途径。     

用正电子湮没寿命技术研究纯铜的形变缺陷

本文用正电子湮没寿命方法研究了形变纯铜缺陷产生的特点及其运动规律,讨论了位错密度和形变量之间的关系以及正电子寿命方法研究形变缺陷的适用范围。对试样所作的TEM观测得到与正电子寿命方法定性一致的结果。
