熔炼数据库的建立和应用

熔炼数据库是合金熔炼多功能软件中的一个模块，本文结合作者在研究和开发软件中的体会，对建立熔炼数据库的必要性、建库过程和应用情况进行了论述．     

炭黑／结晶性含氟树脂合金在自控温加热电缆中应用

选择了结晶性含氟树脂添加改性剂为树脂基体，与炭黑制居复合导电体系。通过这个对体系不同条件下ＰＴＣ特性的研究，对其配方与加工工艺进行优化。并利用扫描电镜，Ｘ射线衍射，ＤＳＣ等分析测试手段，对体系的各种开矿结构进行了研究，阐明了该导电复合体系的形态结构与性能的关系。     

Electrochemical studies of glutathione monolayer assembled on a polycrystalline gold electrode

The glutathione (GSH) monolayer and complex monolayer of GSH-metallic ion on polycrystalline gold electrode were studied by using K₃Fe(CN)₆ as the redox probe. As for the GSH monolayer, it was found that the metallic ions could open the ion-gate in the monolayer dramatically in the order La³⁺> Pb²⁺>>Ba²⁺>Ca²⁺ whereas Zn²⁺ ion closed the ion-gate. The complexes of GSH-metallic ions were capable of self-assembling the different kind of monolayer. All the differences were related to the structural configuration of the anchored GSH molecule, which changed with different metallic ions or pH. Biography:Fang Cheng (1971-) male, Ph. Elaboration and Properties of Nanocomposite Structures Based on Crown Modified Platinum Nanoparticles

1 Results This paper presents the development of platinum nanocomposites structures based on organically modified c.a.2 nm core platinum nanoparticles.The chemical modification of the 4-mercaptoaniline functionalized particles by various in coming molecules is evidenced and precisely quantified.The particles can be dissolved like molecules in various solvents depending on the features of the new crown and X-rays shows that the interparticle distance is affected by the crown modification.These platinum n...

Microstructure transition of Al-Cu eutectic alloy during containerless rapid solidification

Droplets of Al-32.7%Cu eutectic alloy were rapidly solidified during containerless processing in a 3 m drop tube. The microstructural evolution of Al-Cu eutectic alloy depends strongly on droplet size. The eutectic growth morphology changes from regular lamellar eutectic to a kind of anomalous eutectic with the decrease in droplet size. This microstructural transition was analyzed within the current theories of eutectic growth. The results indicate that there exists a critical velocity for eutectic growth beyond which anomalous eutectic appears. The coupled zone of the Al-Cu eutectic alloy system has been calculated on the basis of the Trivedi-Magnin-Kurz(TMK) eutectic growth and the Lipton-Kurz-Trivedi(LKT)/Boettinger-Coriell-Trivedi(BCT) dendrite growth models, which provides a further interpretation for the morphological transition.     

钙和钡对钢脱氧及夹杂变性的理论分析

在比较了各种常用脱氧剂单质脱氧能力的基础上，对钙合金、钡合金夹杂的变性能力进行了理论分析和探讨，并对钡合金的脱氧和夹杂物变性工艺提出了建议。     

基于线性元的电阻抗成像的数学模型和算法

本文讨论了电阻抗成像的数学模型，先利用有限元方法将其离散化，再把它转化为非线性优化问题，并给出了利用牛顿法求解这一问题的具体算法．最后进行了一系列数值仿真对比实验，证实了这一算法的有效性，指出了其中存在的问题．     

用横场伊辛模型研究退极化场对铁电薄膜的影响

考虑到退极化场对铁电薄膜性质的影响,提出了一个改进的横场伊辛模型,在平均场理论的框架下研究了薄膜的一系列铁电行为.计算结果表明退极化场使薄膜的自发极化曲线更加平坦,膜的极化变得更加均匀,得到了与朗道—金兹堡理论的一致结果.
