传递函数法计算嵌岩桩承能力

从研究嵌岩桩的荷载传递性能开发，由实测资料分析得出桩的荷载传递函数，再用位移协调法对８根试桩进行计算，结果与试桩资料吻合，并研究了嵌岩深度、桩的长径比以及沉渣查对单桩承载力的影响。     

基于混合机制的防空反导一体化目标分配方法

分析了现有的目标分配机制,并对防空反导任务中目标分配的机制的适宜性进行讨论。根据弹道目标反应时间短、攻击意图明确等特点,选择分布式机制作为协调机制并用拍卖算法进行建模;根据气动目标反应时间相对较长、不确定性因素较多等特点,选择集中统筹的机制并用改进遗传算法进行建模分析。最后将两种机制有效结合,应用到防空反导一体化作战中,构建了混编作战动态目标分配的混合协调机制。通过算例分析,结果表明混合机制可以有效应对弹道目标和气动目标的多重联合打击,在攻击达到饱和时,该方法具有一定的抗饱和攻击能力。     

Coordination chemistry mimics of nuclease-activity in the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphodiester bond

In vivo, there occurs the synthesis and degradation of the nucleic acids, involving the formation and cleavage of phosphodiester bond. The cleavage modes of phosphodiester bond can be divided into two types, oxidative and hydrolytic, only the hydrolytic products are sticky and connectable, allowing to be religated by ligases. In recent years, great progresses have been made in chemical mimics in the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphodiester bond. Among the found metal complexes with the activity of nucleic acid cleavage, there are mononuclear and dinuclear metal complexes, the adopted metal ions including transitional and lanthanide metal ions. However, the reaction rates are still several orders less than those of the natural enzymes. It should be a prosperous and expedient direction to mimic the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphodiester bond by taking the advantages of dinuclear metal complexes.     

A transaction management model supporting service grids

Service grids possess the features of intelligence and automation to compose heterogeneous resources and will be a commercial focus in network economy pattern. However. service grid business is loosely-coupled, distributed and long-running, so there is a real challenge for the researchers to provide consistency and reliability for service grid business. This paper references the transaction management methods in Web service and the safepoint concept in workflow system. combines with the feature of the service grid. and then presents a transaction management model based on service grid. This model guarantees the robustness of grid service composition and assures that service grid enabling system provides consistent and reliablc rcsuhs for the consumers.     

变自主权限认知决策辅助系统研究

智能驾驶员认知决策辅助系统是提高系统完成任务有效性和作战生存性以及降低驾驶员负荷的重要技术手段。从认知自动化与认知人机协调和协作的角度，研究了认知决策辅助系统中可变自主权限划分与功能分配的原则和方法，并进行了权限级别的划分。通过权限管理策略与信息管理系统实现驾驶员与决策辅助系统之间的集成，并给出了系统集成结构，实现驾驶员和智能系统之间的有机协调与协作，提高作战飞机系统的综合性能。     

供应链企业合作的博弈论分析

为了保持供应链竞争优势，供应链管理应追求供应链中所有企业的共赢，但是个体企业又往往追求个体利益的最大化，因此，采用博弈论的思想对供应链企业间的合作交易状况进行了分析，得出了双方充分合作的均衡条件，并提出了一系列措施来保证这个条件的实现。     

基于信赖域法的多运行方式下阻尼控制器参数协调

提出了一种多运行方式下电力系统阻尼控制器参数协调方法.在该方法中,采用多运行方式下所有机电振荡模式的阻尼比度量系统的小干扰稳定性,将所有阻尼控制器的参数协调表示为带不等式约束的非光滑优化问题,采用非光滑优化信赖域法求解该问题,求得的阻尼控制器协调参数对多种运行方式下系统的所有振荡模式具有总体最优的阻尼效果.算例分析中,Anderson 3机系统2.7 s收敛于最小阻尼比0.350 2,New England 10机系统28.8 s收敛于最小阻尼比0.177 6.结果表明,所提方法收敛速度快,能有效地抑制系统的低频振荡,适合于多机电力系统多种运行方式下的参数协调.
