和而不同:英语中的中国因素

中国从19世纪初到现在接触和使用英语已有近两百年的历史,由于中西文化的相互影响和渗透,许多汉语的词汇逐渐进入英语,成为英语的一部分。中国英语以英国英语为核心,但有着鲜明的中国特色。本文拟从语言变异:中国因素的融入根源、顺应理论:验证中国因素的表现特色、英语全球化、本土化:引导中国因素的发展趋势三个方面阐释英语中的中国因素。     

对许渊冲《江城子·记梦》英译本的鉴赏及其辨析

许氏翻译理论虽在学界见仁见智，但却毫无疑问地已构成具有中国特色的中国学派的文学翻译理论的重要组成部分。在鉴赏解读许氏翻译理论的基础上，以许渊冲先生“三美”“三化”“去粗存精”及再创论和优化论等翻译理论为指导，对其《江城子＆#183;记梦》的英译本进行鉴赏和辨析。与此同时，结合诗词翻译的特殊性，就其“粗”与“精”的判断标准是否具有普适性、有时难免为了追求押韵而因韵害意及过度“深化”的问题，即对翻译的技术处理的细节问题进行辨析，并提出改良译法的意见。     

Giving up on convergence and autonomy: Why the theories of psychology and neuroscience are codependent as well as irreconcilable

There is a long-standing debate in the philosophy of mind and philosophy of science regarding how best to interpret the relationship between neuroscience and psychology. It has traditionally been argued that either the two domains will evolve and change over time until they converge on a single unified account of human behaviour, or else that they will continue to work in isolation given that they identify properties and states that exist autonomously from one another (due to the multiple-realizability of psychological states). In this paper, I argue that progress in psychology and neuroscience is contingent on the fact that both of these positions are false. Contra the convergence position, I argue that the theories of psychology and the theories of neuroscience are scientifically valuable as representational tools precisely because they cannot be integrated into a single account. However, contra the autonomy position, I propose that the theories of psychology and neuroscience are deeply dependent on one another for further refinement and improvement. In this respect, there is an irreconcilable codependence between psychology and neuroscience that is necessary for both domains to improve and progress. The two domains are forever linked while simultaneously being unable to integrate.

随着新业态、新模式与互联网+时代的全面来临,创新范式发生了新一轮革新——第三代创新政策孕育而生。美国、欧盟、新加坡等发达国家在践行第三代创新政策上抢先一步,并各自形成了政策实践特点。本文系统性梳理了若干发达国家的第三代创新政策实践典型案例,以期对我国“十三五”科技规划部署、新一轮的创新政策制定以及区域创新体系顶层设计有所启发。     

A conceptual discussion on electromagnetic units – Extending mechanical units towards a global system of units

A comparative review of the different systems of units that are most usual in electromagnetism leads to the proposal of a new system of units. In this system, the gravitational constant acquires the role of an interaction constant, both for gravitational and electromagnetic interaction, as a result of a redefinition of electric charge. In this way, the new system of units extends in a natural manner to mechanics. The comparison between the gravitational and electromagnetic interactions is of particular relevance.

后实证主义的兴起对实证主义统治下的心理学危局有一定的挽救意义,它超越了传统的二元论视野,扶正了理论建设在心理学中的地位,为心理学提供了元理论基础和新的评价标准。     

Making the abstract concrete: The role of norms and values in experimental modeling

Experimental modeling is the construction of theoretical models hand in hand with experimental activity. As explained in Section 1, experimental modeling starts with claims about phenomena that use abstract concepts, concepts whose conditions of realization are not yet specified; and it ends with a concrete model of the phenomenon, a model that can be tested against data. This paper argues that this process from abstract concepts to concrete models involves judgments of relevance, which are irreducibly normative. In Section 2, we show, on the basis of several case studies, how these judgments contribute to the determination of the conditions of realization of the abstract concepts and, at the same time, of the quantities that characterize the phenomenon under study. Then, in Section 3, we compare this view on modeling with other approaches that also have acknowledged the role of relevance judgments in science. To conclude, in Section 4, we discuss the possibility of a plurality of relevance judgments and introduce a distinction between locally and generally relevant factors.

“文学概论”在汉语言文学专业教学中具有极重要的位置,然而,一方面由于本课程自身所固有的理论品格,一方面由于目前种种“文学概论”教材所存在的诸多不足,学生对“文学概论”不感兴趣的现象非常普遍。采取研讨式的教学方法,变传统单向灌输的教学方式为师生双向讨论的教学方式,充分发挥学生在学习过程中的主体性,是值得进一步探索的教学方法。
