蛋白质功能预测的蚁群优化算法

预测蛋白质功能是后基因组时代最具挑战性的问题之一,在大规模数据下采用高性能的功能预测算法能够节省大量的实验时间和成本.利用基于蛋白质相互作用网络的全局优化模型,提出了蛋白质功能预测的蚁群优化算法,算法在考虑全局模型的同时还利用了网络的先验信息,提高了搜索效率,仿真结果表明,蚁群优化算法能够有效对蛋白质功能进行预测,并且对蛋白质相互作用网络中的假阳性、假阴性数据具有较高的容错能力.

A facile and general approach for the synthesis of fluorescent silica nanoparticles doped with inert dyes

A general and facile approach was developed for the synthesis of almost monodisperse fluorescent silica nanoparticles (NPs) doped with inert dyes, which are organic fluorophores that are strongly fluorescent but are hydrophobic or lack a covalent binding group. The prepared NPs were mesoporous and the dye molecules were encapsulated in the pores via hydrophobic interaction with the CTAB template. High-speed flowing plasmas in the Earth’s plasma sheet

A research topic of great interest to the space physics community is the observation of plasmas flowing at hundreds of kilometers per second in the Earth’s plasma sheet. Although considerable effort has been made to understand the source of fast-flowing plasmas, many questions remain unanswered about the mechanisms that produce high-speed flows and the effects they have on magnetospheric disturbances, especially their contributions to magnetospheric convection and substorms. In this paper, we discuss briefly the history of high-speed flows and review the proposed mechanisms, signatures of high-speed flows in auroras and their interaction with the background plasma. We then summarize the relationships between high-speed flows and magnetic structures, discuss questions associated with substorms, and finally pose several important scientific questions that need to be addressed.     

CFCl3与O3分子间相互作用的二级Mφiler—Plesset微扰理论研究

通过在二级Mφller-Plesset微扰理论MF2／cc—pVTZ电子相关校正水平,对CFCl3和03分子间可能存在的复合物进行全自由度能量梯度优化,得到2种稳定的几何结构A和B,用MP2／aug-cc—pVTZ方法计算出其结合能△E^CP分别为-2．39kcal·mol^-1和-2．29kcal·mol^-1,LMOEDA定域轨道能量分解分析表明其中色散能占主导。

环境激素双酚A与蛋白质相互作用的电化学研究

采用电化学法研究环境激素双酚A与牛血清蛋白的相互作用.实验表明牛血清蛋白存在使双酚A的氧化峰峰电流减小.双酚A在加入牛血清蛋白后参与反应的质子数和电子数都为2.牛血清蛋白与双酚A的结合数m=2,结合常数β=5.81 × 1010.由此推测双酚A进入牛血清蛋白的疏水空腔内,使游离双酚A浓度变小.
